The Anime That DOESN'T Have a Season 2...

- Tokyo Ghoul is a series beloved by anime fans. Its second season, Root A, is iconic for its ending and memorable moments, but something seemed off about it when Tokyo Ghoul Re came out. That's when many people realized that Root A wasn't even canon... Which explains a lot when it comes to the development of characters like Kaneki and Haise.

It's me I'm the Tokyo Ghoul - Фільми й анімація
i loved √A and stopped at its ending, never even bothered with :re. I never really understood the plot and was more than satisfied with the ending of √A being the end of the anime as a whole.
Whaaaat? I get what you mean especially since there is the gap between :re and A so being anime only can be a bit confusing, but still I thought Re was really good. The inner turmoil and development of Kaneki was great. Seeing how he worked to become what he needed to be so he can finally achieve what he wanted is easily one of the best parts of re for me
I was thinking about doing that
4:05 Minor mistake by the animator (since it didn't follow the manga) was Heda's face...which was taken a bit off but seem to clearly be fine near the end of √A.
@@AntwanShirohell yea
Is he... Truly the tokyo ghoul ? Ok jokes aside this anime needs the fma brotherhood treatment
I know what you mean it’d be awesome if they just redid the entire series and maybe even added in the extra scenes the mangaka would add at the end of chapters
I think I should watch this series
It’s so good!
I will say this, I did not read the manga, but I did read the entire lore of the manga through fandoms and such (and I will read it eventually).
It *is* disappointing that the second season was so different, but to me
it was still one of the most impactful animes I've ever watched.
As you said, :Re is basically pin point as the manga lore (minus some cuts), but and the inconsistencies were confusing at first, but its great that they haven't tried to bridge /A and :Re, because it makes :Re so true.
/A did entirely go away from the main script but it still captured what Ken could have realistically done. It still brought that sense of a tragedy and his motives were not all that unlikely.
Overall, this was *the* anime that made me watch animes.
🔥
I completely agreed with everything you said... you actually appreciate hard work... its been quite a bit since ive seen a fan of anime actually appreciate it even for its shortcomings like me
I definitley need to read this manga.
Its completely worth it! It’s so unbelievably good!
Mabye a video about jujutsu kaisen next that would be great
Still haven’t gotten around to reading or watching it yet, I’ve heard talk about it and peaked at the later chapters a bit but I just haven’t gotten around to it. But I take it it’s worth it?
@@AntwanShiro I’ve only watched the anime, but it’s 100% worth it! The characters are super fun, the power system is pretty neat, and the fights are insanely good. Definitely check it out
Music at 5:40?
You're telling me there are people who finished Tokyo Ghoul √A?
One of the worst shows I've ever started, no exageration.
The endings are worth it, probably my favorite ending visuals ever
