Well, paying for a subscription on a streaming site like Crunchyroll doesn’t support the mangaka (just keep that in mind).
VoidX doesn’t it? I thought that payed streaming sites pay the creators for the copy right and they either get a set amount of money or a small percentage per view. I don’t think those shady free websites pay the creators anything. And many people buy unofficial anime merch from instagram or eBay (like the guy who bought the Demon Slayer hoodie in the video) and that doesn’t support the creators of the anime at all.
ŠłR • Not at all. The authors/artists of the manga get payed solely based on the amount of manga they sell. Which is sold mostly in convenience stores in Japan, and that is how new talent is noticed when publications put them in weekly magazines during contest and debuts.
Therefore, the creators have nothing to do with the animation studios, they’re separate entities. The anime studios are the real enemies since they treat their employees like garbage, paying them peanuts for quality effort.
Gotta save for that merch any way you can, fam XD
@@SlR- Generally speaking, when an anime adaptation of a manga happens (or light novel) the anime publisher buys exclusive rights to the animation IP as well as merchandising rights for a flat sum. Official localisers buy airing rights from these animation publishers, not from the mangaka or manga publishers.
Some places work differently, but that's general practice.

Yes, she is, but we would all apreiciate it if she could tone it down a bit. I'm pretty sure people wouldn't mind acting cringey and stuff like that, especially in an anime convention or something. But the reason why we hate people like caity is because they speak the loudest and lump us with them. If ur an anime fan, I'm pretty sure u would agree that the anime community is just full of wholesome people who just wanna like what they like peacefully, and this video just proves that, literally look at how wholesome they all are. but the cringiest people are the people who speak the loudest and almost represent an entire community, thus making a bad impression on not only themselves, but us as well. Which then leads us to being treated unfairly, all because someone decided to be cringy, or "passionate."
