Calabrian Pasta al Forno - Lumaconi Stuffed Lumaconi Pasta Cut up and Sauté Italian sausage Remove from grease Mix sausage, 2 eggs, bread crumbs, oregano & garlic flakes (or garlic of any kind) and stir until combined. Heat up one can of puréed tomatoes or sauté some Roma Tomatoes or sauté some Pomodorini Tomatoes :) Add salt and pepper Cook pasta, drain and stuff with Sausage mixture & Ricotta Cheese. Pour tomato sauce on the pasta. Add Kalamata olives and Parmesan Cheese. Bake at 350 for an hour
