    I’m going to be real. Gray and Cosgrove have single-handedly changed the way I view fitness entirely. I literally go behind Gray with a dustpan collecting the jewels he constantly drops. I now screen the movements of all potential clients before they ever perform exerting exercises. Thank you very much, Sir. Well appreciated.

    Great video Gray, especially the nod to Janda. All we need now is your nod to Shirley Sahrmann given how much of her work is embedded in FMS.
