Thanks Charles! Glad it was helpful!
Wow, I wish I'd have known this 3 years ago. Thanks for the great video!!
Awesome simple explanation
Thank you for sharing this
perfect video
thankhs
My primary sponsor in combat robotics specializes in this.

Wow, I want your plasma machine, is possible buy it in europe ?
Great video Ryan, mine has never worked. It samples the voltage in the test cut and saves. My z axis never moves.
Text me tomorrow and we’ll figure out what the issue is.
Hi there! So glad I find this video, I am a newbie into CNC plasma. Havent finished my plasma table yet, but very soon it will be done😛
Dont know if this question is stupid (concerning my level in this area), but could you tell what kind of program you are using on your iPad to run the machine?
Or should I just stick to Mach3 which is compatible with the breakout board I will use?
We run our own Control Software which includes Boards in the Control Box to communicate with our Software we run on a Wireless Tablet.
If you’d like to use our Control Package to control your Table, let me know.
@@gofabcnc8729 hey bro am Jamie.. A cnc builder.. I have built a couple of cnc and been using mach 3..but am interested in your system.. Congratulations on building a whole system.. We need more of this to get to the next level.. Thanks in advance
Hey now how do I apply this too my CommandCNC program ??
Hey Fernando, we don’t use CommandCNC on our Tables, we use our own Control Boards and Software. This Video is specific to our Control Boards and Software.
where is the sensor for detecting that waving metal sheet ?
As the tip changes distance, the voltage of the torch changes. So it reads the voltage and adjusts the distance to maintain a constant voltage.
