This must be the most “fun” song ever written :)
As a teenager in the early 80s, this song was played all the time on an obscure machine called the radio.
Most of us dismissed this song as a movie song, a country song, etc.
As a working man now, the words to this song really resonate, the tune is catchy, and makes you want to dance.
Dolly is a legend! A great cover by your group! She would probably approve.
If I closed my eyes, I would have guessed the singer was born and bred in Nashville.
Yet again, reminding us of how a largely forgotten song is much better than we ever remembered it to be.
