  • Today's recipe is a SPANISH TORTILLA. A simple potato recipe dish that can be enjoyed hot or cold, as a starter, main dish or as tapas at a picnic. Do you dare with it? 😉

    Ingredients:
    1 ½ lbs. potatoes, peeled, quartered and finely sliced
    ½ lb onion, diced
    5 - 6 large eggs, beaten
    2 - 3 garlic cloves
    8.5 oz. olive oil
    Salt
    Directions:
    Heat the olive oil in a Prisma Magefesa wok.
    When the oil reaches a temperature between 300 - 320 °F add the potatoes and onion.
    Let fry, stirring occasionally, until the potato is tender.
    Drain excess olive oil and let rest for a few minutes.
    Distribute a tablespoon of olive oil on the base of a Prisma Magefesa frying pan and place on the stove top over medium heat.
    When the pan take temperature (350 - 356 °F), pour the egg mixture into and let brown.
    To turn it over, slide it onto a plate and put another plate on top, turn the whole thing over and slide it back into the pan to finish cooking.
