PEOPLE GOTTA PRAY ABOUT NURSING . There’s an influx of under qualified, uncaring nurses now a days
IVE BEEN NURSING FOR 25 years & I need an exodus
@@raquel5842nursing has definitely changed, but so many patients depend on us, so we have to encourage others to enter the field with compassion and commitment ❤️🫶🏾
You need to be on the Johnson and Johnson nurse commercials.
It’s so great seeing young women of color being successful!
Keep up the great work; you are an inspiration to me to continue beyond my Bsn degree.
Awww thanks for your kind words❤️…yes definitely go for it🙏🏾
im in nursing school right now and you're literally my inspo for becoming a future NP !!
Thanks love ❤…keep working hard and goodluck on your journey 🫶🏾
Thank you for being so positive! Just Do It- yes! I am OLD AF, and just got accepted into Duke's NP program- it's never too late!
Congratulations on your acceptance! That is so exciting ❤️🫶🏾…you’re most welcome, being negative is the easiest thing to do, and sometimes we need to give ourselves the grace, kindness, and confidence to tackle our goals, which are more feasible than we actually think 🙏🏾
Congratulations
thank god my favorite rich NP has posted 🥰
😂😂…I hope you enjoy ❤🫶🏾

Thank you so much for this video. This is definitely inspirational. I'm reaching out to see if you have any advice for someone who has tried multiple times but have not succeeded in getting into a nursing program. I have been told by multiple people that perhaps this is just not a field for me and I should look for another health care field.
Although yes, I must admit nursing was not my first choice. I thought about being a doctor but after different life circumstances I realized nurses were just as important. I guess I'm just feeling down.
I'm not a good test taker but however I am looking into possibly going back to school. At this point I think what's getting me down is the entrance exams. I guess so many negative comments have just made me feel just down and doubtful. What would be your best advice?
You’re most welcome ❤️🫶🏾…so what is your barrier into getting into school? What is the schools requirements??..private schools are a bit easier to get into than state and city, what kind of programs are you applying to?
Nice one I like all your content
Thanks love 🫶🏾
@@Coacoaishere you are welcome
Thank you so much for this video! 42 y/o, working on my pre-reqs. I was hoping to apply to a program by fall…not sure b/c I have 2 more classes after that I’m in. I have bachelors already, what route do you suggest…ASN, ABSN, Direct Entry MSN. 🙃need help narrowing focus
You’re most welcome, 42 is very young (esp in medical space) so do not be discouraged…I would suggested getting your BSN, landing a job that will pay for you to get your masters after one year of service, you will be a more confident and seasoned advanced practice nurse with less student loans. Also the flexible nurse schedule will permit you to work and attend school simultaneously. however if you apply to both ASN AND BSN program and you only get into the ASN, start there obviously ❤️🙏🏾🫶🏾
Thank you so much for your advice!
@@Jewell2781you’re most welcome love ❤️
Hey sis. Not trying to be negative but be careful with generalizing the amount RNs make coming out of school. Most RNs are not making six figures straight out of nursing school. It is heavily dependent on part of country they live in. Also it may require a LOT of OT. Speaking from experience as I have been a nurse for 16+ years and NP for 1.5years!!!
Hey sister 🫶🏾❤️…yes you are correct nursing salary is dependent on the cost of living geographically, so for obvious reasons some states pay more/less than others…the point I was trying to make, is that unlike other disciplines, you have a high potential to make 6 figures at the bachelor level (whereas other positions require an advanced practice degree)…so if this requires the nurse to relocate, do travel nursing, or sign up for OT, it is very possible…thanks for the clarification 🥰
Well, Seems I have to keep going until NP
It’s a great option, but I would suggest researching the salary in your location for the specialty you may be interested first as well 🫶🏾❤️
I’m to old I waste lot time in bad relationships 17-27
Unfortunately, I learned the hard way why not too…but it’s never too late to make changes…also we should grant ourselves grace and kindness 🫶🏾🙏🏾
