@garethlamb Thank you, I also make videos of me telling short stories, and shorts of me just being silly. I have always enjoyed making people laugh. But, my channel is mainly focused on video game live streams.
I some times use other's video in between my video by removing audio from it (no sound,mute ), Adding black n white filters, adding my narration( my voice) , increase speed of used clip and using songs from youtube library and i use others clip for hardly 30 seconds ... Do this comes under fair use policy ??

That’s not how fair use works. But depends on the content source. If you repurpose for education or opinion reactions etc then normally ok
I see people who should of never started UA-cam channel.😂
I think everyone should start a YT channel 😅🤷♂️
