I used to take tons of sleeping pills and anti-anxiety drugs that ruined my health for nothing. the drugs didn't work. so I started to change the way I sleep: now I hold a pillow in my arms, which helps me feel safe, I sleep in a slightly cooler room, which is much better for the body since it needs to cool down to fall asleep, and I try to listen to sounds that soothe me. i would just like to say that i have never fallen asleep so fast. the video didn't even have time to finish as I was already in a calm and peaceful sleep. so thank you sooo much for this video! to imagine that my bias is in my back, his arms around me, and that he sometimes puts kisses in my neck for no reason, is somehow relaxing. and his heartbeat helps mine to relax and find a good tempo. love on you!
