You had no idea why you were woken this early but you knew eventually you'll fall back asleep. You turned your head at the soft breathing coming from behind you, warm wind blowing against your ear. You smiled at the sight of Jeongguk fast asleep, cheeks squished against the pillow. One arm was lazily thrown across your waist, his legs tangled with your own. You smile softly, brushing away the hair from his eyes. He shifted a little, curling closer to your warmth. You knew he was exhausted from heavy schedules and school and that his sleep was important. You brushed your finger down the bow of his cute button nose, the latter scrunching his nose up sleepily. How adorable. You giggle softly to yourself. You had no idea how you ended up with this lovable dork for a boyfriend. "Y/N....?" A groggy voice pulls you out of your thoughts and your eyes rested on Jeongguk's. The little darling was half awake and blinking sleepily, eyes lidded and lips pursed in a cute pout. His cheeks were dusted a soft pinkish red from the warmth. You coo fondly. "Why are you awake, babe?..." you hum, threading your fingers through his messy hair. "Mhmm....." He mumble, leaning into your touch, feeling himself drift off. "You got school tomorrow, Gguk... get some more rest.. we'll talk in the morning.." You say, tapping his little nose. He whined displeased, but obediently settled down, already drifting off. You continue rubbing fingers into his scalp until he flopped against the pillow and fell back asleep, breathing steady.
