The energy of this piece is very fun, it feels Bavarian, or Dutch or something like that. The happy-go-lucky accordions are fun and that faint horn in the background is pretty cool, that really quick run of notes is also pretty enjoyable, but it just doesn't have that surprise factor a lot of Mario Kart pieces do, it's not a really catchy melody or a unique premise, it's just a song for a nice little drive through the hills
I think it’s more reminiscent of either Sweden, Switzerland, or The Netherlands. If it’s a lot like Germany but you know it ISN’T, those countries are your best bet.

I stopped playing Mario kart tour because it got boring but whenever I hear this music makes me want to go back and play mario kart tour once again.

Toad Circuit is a pretty boring course in my opinion, personally.
