I agree with other commenter's in that there should be a movie on her life. With the right Director and actress as Julie D' Aubigny it could be a great costume period piece movie ! You always bring good stories, we need to know. I enjoyed this one. Was glad Julie lived out her life. She was indeed brave. She was not afraid. She was bisexual. Many others were also. She just wanted to be herself. I judge no one. We all deserve to be loved whether its with the same sex, she was no different from anyone else. Sadly she found true love, but it didn't last. So she spent the rest of her life the only way she could. She was not killed. Thank you for bringing these interesting stories., knowing she didn't give up, was not afraid of a challenge. Shows her character. I know many is not going to agree with me. But we are human beings.we all want the same thing, to love and be loved. We should not judge. Oh my goodness, she was an amazing woman!! I was dumbfounded when you said her age at her time of passing away. I think I've actually fallen a little in love with her myself...lol. And in the paintings of her..she was so beautiful. I really love how vibrant and alive she looked. Nothing like the usual paintings of women in her era. Great video!!
Being a masterful duelist as well as an accomplished opera singer is quite possibly the most bad-ass character traits a person could have! I really really hope that she had at least one duel in her life where she belted out a song while kicking someone's ass!
What I like best about this is that she had a life long friend, whom she once beat in a duel. There is my mention of love her, but little of friendship and this just made me smile.
