The bass on those tracks scared my cat :))). Such a beautiful skate and yoy make it look so fun. Actually looked at this THEM 908 boot on my local shop’s site and you’re f’ing right! They’re selling for 120 bucks :D! Thanks for this clip, cutie! Your best one yet
I have two questions: 1- Do you recommend using an ultrasonic cleaner? 2- is it safe to use acetone on the white-bearing ball holder (the white plastic that holds the balls)?
Hi, congrats for the channel, very good content, with the tutorials being very helpful and well explained. I wanted to ask, how to you find the Them 908s (with the 45 degree custom added strap) by comparison to your Rollerblades when doing urban skating? I would like to move from Powerslide (who has the very good but limited and expensive Trinity mounting) to something more versatile and cheaper when it comes to frames (UFS). The Them 908 look good and are reasonably priced, but I have two issues: 1. my ankles are on the narrow side (here Powerslide is a very good fit as it runs narrow) and 2. I'm afraid that the flex would be too strong for my level and needs (urban skating). I even asked the guys from Bladeville and they said they would not recommend the Thems as they are on the wide side and are also too flex-able. They said the Roces M12 are better suited. And then I found your channel and now I'm again uncertain on what to chose.
Heya Emi! Really glad you're enjoying the channel 😁. I would say the THEM 908 is an excellent choice for urban skating. The only drawback I've noticed, at least with mine, is that the boot is quite squeaky as you can hear in this clip 😂, but I don't mind that. That 45 degree strap helped to ride these even on 3x125mm with no probs, although I plan to switch this boot to a 4x90 setup (you can DM me on Insta if you want more details on that build - not sure when that will reach UA-cam 😁) that is way more suitable for this boot. The THEM 909 is probably better, but that's still 200 euro boot only, while I've seen the 908 even at 75 euro if you're lucky. You can find it around 120 euro at anytime. As for sizing, not that I would contradict bladeville, but I would say I have a rather narrow foot at close to 10cm wide with the foot pressed down and a small to medium length at 26.8 cm. I fit perfectly in a size S THEM 908. My Rollerblade RB110, although comfy, is on a much wider profile. I make it work with 2 pairs.of.socks, but that's truly a wide boot compared to the 908. The best thing is, of course, to visit a local shop and try some of the options you're interested in before ordering online. I doubt we have the same foot size 😅, but hopefully my size reference helps. Also, if you're only interested in urban frame options (no H-block frames), check my latest clip on the FR1. Extremely solid skates all round. Hope this helped. Peace 🤜🏻🤛🏻

Damn!! Really nice setup dude! I really should buy the kizer frame. And nice combination with Them boots. 👍
Merci, Florin! This Kizer model was discontinued but there are quite a few alternative 4x80mm frames that you can consider. Pace! 🤜🏻🤛🏻😁
kizer advance has been my favorite frame for all these years. hook it up with my Shift 2... best urban setup.
Those Shifts are mad good for big wheels. What are the biggest wheels you mounted on them? Welcome to the channel 🤜🏻🤛🏻
I use kizer advance 80mm and the biggest is kizer trimax with 110mm. So much fun😝
