I was hoping that you had Part 2 of this. I recognized a few of the guys. I thought that might be "Doc" Williamson at the 0:19 point (in the hat)... maybe not. He was a Diving Supervisor and/or Superintendent from Santa Barbara. Thanks for the upload.
John Kohl and my father, David Hoover, are shown at the beginning of the clip. Unfortunately, my father is the one that was killed during the dive on 02/07/1978.
