It should be a rule that if anyone wastes the house’s hours, they should be penalised. They should pay back the wasted time’s worth (tax payers money).
Tax payer is taken for granted by almost all non tax payers . Some States are raising EB / road taxes to more than 100% in one jump without proper infrastructure or continuous services of clean electricity . Income Tax payers should be given a% of exemption or discount and encourage other income non tax payers.
