I'm just a private pilot, but your videos have vastly improved my radio communication skills. Love watching the pros at work. Thanks for all the videos!
So in 10 months you have gone from 1000 subscribers to 47K. Nice work. I am impressed. I am an old guy (68 yrs old) who used to fly jets in the Marine Corps. Love the channel!
The military presence would be an annual exercise called “Red Flag”. I retired in 1994 and participated in Red Flag several times. Drove the F-5 Freedom Fighter and we were also responsible for training our NATO pilots. Good luck guys.....really wonderful what you are doing......
Finally had a chance to watch this one. The King Air 200 I flew didn't have a true glass cockpit, but I recall the "steam gauges" would sometimes stick. Got to be a habit to just tap the gauge face to unstick the needle. The altimeter had a vibrator to keep the needle free. Valley of Fire is awesome. I have friends in Mesquite, another great ride is taking an ATV over the Scanlon Ferry Road. You go from Gold Butte all the way to Lake Mead. A very fun ride in a Polaris Rzr. Can't go wrong with Moab either. Keep up the good work, I realize you have a busy career and family life, so the fact you're taking the time to crank out such professional videos is amazing.
Love your videos. Especially that you don't make music videos with the cameras pointing directly out the windscreen for the whole video. ATC, explanations of what you are doing, showing button pushes, PFD and MFD.. What's not to like?!
Fabulous Channel. Great view into Las Vegas. Have watched all your videos so far. Nothing like a Gulfstream ! Power at your command. Come visit Vegas again. I've enjoyed living here last 9 years. So long.
I’m just discovering your channel. My close friend is a pilot for a G200 based at Long Beach, California ….flying to Akron , palm Beach Florida and crisscrossing the country all week. I’m enjoying watching the process and steps of the process. Best to you. Keep posting.
A pleasure to ride along with you guys, and with some minor technical “issues” just make it even more interesting for us on the ground. The quality of your videos are getting very impressive. Looking forward for your next flight we can ride along with. Take care guys, from across the pond.
Wow, unbelievable video work, of all the thousands of videos on UA-cam, you guys set the standard. The picture is so clear it looks like I'm looking out the window myself. You must have great cameras. The USA is such a beautiful country.
The "military activity" is called RedFlag.. Large NATO participation air combat. I used to work on the base at Nellis and you'd see guys in flightsuits from most all NATO countries.. Since I live in Las Vegas, its fun to go watch the variety of jet fighters here during RedFlag...
You guys do a wonderful job with audio and visual, I'm Riddle alum class of 92 great program. Currently working on instrument rating after 30 yrs. as an A&P. Your program has helped with IFR communications procedures etc. really enjoy watching and learning. Love the Gulfstream products, hope to see you folks on the road one of these days. Please keep up the good work!
Great video footage fellow Business Jet Pilots. Was thinking about doing the same in the airplanes that I fly. Glad to see that I am not the only nerdy pilot that wants to video what our life is all about. Nice work guys!
This is my first time watching your channel but my experience was entirely positive. The Gulfstream is the Cadillac of Corporate Aviation. Great airplane with all the bells and whistles imaginable. It's hard to distinguish it from a Commercial Airliner! You guys do a great job flying and look forward to future videos!
You guys are amazing. I used to be a flight instructor on chicken hawks, but had to stop flying. Love love your vids, would have loved to have a job like this. Keep up the great work.
Hi there. I had always been an airline pilot and never experienced the corporate pilot life. Your videos tell the story and shows more then expected. Keep up the good work And on a professional note. Looks like you both have excellent CRM skills and you work very well with each other.
You guys are very professional and doing a great job making flying interesting. I have to admit I am kind of getting used to what it must feel like to have the freedom of zipping around with a Gulfstream! Now, if only I could find a way to get my occasional commercial flights to last just.10 to 20 minutes like your videos. Look forward to more episodes.
Really appreciate the tech insight. Especially or more interestingly when it involved a display failure. Since you explained how to dealt with it. Thanks and keep those tech-focused segments coming.
Well!!! if it's not the "A Team" Welcome back . Haven't seen you guys since your last notification of your future intent. As always, you two are a match for all time. I enjoy every minute of the operation. great show!
I liked that center inset outside view of the landing. When you do switch to the wing view, I think it'd still be more interesting to have the inset shot of the controls remain....but maybe you've already tried it. I would specifically try to keep the inset on the same position in the screen tho. So for example, if you have a landing with the initial view of main at the controls, inset of outside view positioned top left corner....when you switch to wing view, keep that control inset on the top left of the screen so our eyes won't need to shift so much. Thanks again for sharing!
Thanks for taking the time to film and edit this video. I'm not a pilot, but do enjoy flying. I do appreciate the explanations given about the various tasks you perform to make the plane perform the way you want it to. I've got some catching up to do, but please keep the videos coming. I'm your newest subscriber.
Haven't flown as PIC in about 40 years, but I enjoy watching so many different and fascinating aviation vlogs, so I don't mind subscribing to yours as well. Depending on WHEN you were in Vegas, it's very probable that you saw Red Flag 18.1 at Nellis, which is the annual Air Force combat training evolution. It started on 1.23.18
I got excited when ATC called a helicopter at altitude.....they would be having nose bleeds at that altitude...great video once again! Do you two ever fight? Ha ha.....great crew cockpit coordination!
So in a king air with proline 21 avionics, the left PFD would always go out when we flew into moisture and come back when clear of moisture for a few minutes. The avionics techs looked into the plane up and down and never found out what the problem was. One of those mysteries
Enjoyed your video. I never got to fly the GIV-SP only the G450. Cockpit brings back fond memories of the straight G5, but the GIV is by far the best to fly, lovely machine all around. Fly safe and thanks for posting!
Great videos. Very informative. Just a suggestion would like to see a video of you guys handling various common failures in a simulator. eg sudden depressurisation, engine failure on take off and so on.
Hey fellas it's great to Fly a Gulfstream but affortunely your Captain needs a window shade instead of maps to keep the sun out . Keep up the great job presidential 69
You should look for the Navy A-12 it was going to be the stealth replacement for the A-6 & got a little expensive BUT had a very interesting feature mostly invisible to radar but invisible to the Mk-1 👁ball SO it is a little difficult to discern Thanx from the left coast near the Krapitol of California
Hey guys - just came across the channel and it's quite a shift from single engine VFR flight that I do. I could only dream of the day that I'd be flying a GS4. Thou that may never happen do to other issues, I truly enjoy the flights your making. I'm in the process of getting a Goovis G2 to watch your flights on an IMax screen. I guess it's the best way to view it without actually being there. Thanks again and I look forward to many more flights.
Awesome stuff here guys! I am a Flight Sim enthusiast along with our entire team. “ Tiger Team Southern Command “ We all wish you safe and incredible journeys.
You guys seem pretty young to be flying such an advanced aircraft as the Gulfstream. Can you do a vid on your history, what type you started on, hrs in type, money spent on training, etc. Also, Francine.
Great videos guys. New subscriber. You given way the Bose phones yet? Looking forward to many hours of viewing your flying adventures. Thanks for sharing your passion for flying and putting together some great work. Stay safe!
Love your videos, I think I subscribed after a couple minutes of the first video I saw. I'll probably never fly in a Gulfstream, sure looks interesting though! I'm a contractor working for a well known company that leases a couple Gulfstream jets for corporate use. Too bad I didn't have the money and interest in flying long ago, too old now, but I sure enjoy watching professionals showing us desk and computer jockies how to fly a plane and teaching us some technical aspects along the way. Thanks CPL!
Earl, unless you have one foot in the grave, you're never too old to learn to fly. Okay, you may not be an airline pilot, or a corporate pilot, but you can still fly for yourself. Nothing like a $150 hamburger in a Cessna 172 for you and the wife and a couple of kids. Don't sell yourself short, if you have the money, you can make the time to do it, and you won't regret it.
Very very cool what you guys do. I'm a big fan and love the videos. Let us know if your ever going to be in Indianapolis with some down time. We would love to take you out to dinner. Thnx guys
It’s just not the same without John and Presidential 69. You’re awesome and I love the channel. Change is difficult and I have the utmost respect for your professionalism. You’re still getting paid to burn dinosaurs!!!!
im a big Stevo1 follower, but glad i found your channel and Killer Callsign ! BLAHAAHHAHAH love it, I subscribed just for that ! i kinda giggle every callback ! safe flying boys !
I go to NASCAR every year in Vegas and they do the same thing for the weekend. I think it's called Red Flag but I could be wrong. At night is the best because you can see the afterburners glow. Being woken up by jets rumbling my motorhome isn't a bad alarm clock either. hahah Good to see the channel growing. keep the vids coming! time lapse i think are good ways to add easy content and always look cool. especially in the air. thanks man
Glad you liked it! Red Flag is exactly correct...they typically have nearly the entire Air Force fleet for Red Flag. This one was much smaller, but still really cool to watch.
It's no secret fellas...The military has been training for some special things in Nevada. They had the Army out there doing some night jumps and mixed it up a bit with helos and other fine hardware. The Marines are doing their thing from 1st MarDiv and the AF is doing some serious flying. Our boys an girls are ready to take names and kick butts. That's just part of what you observed there in LV,NV.
Nice Video. First time watching. Pls put me in for the draw for the Bose Headset. I am up in Ontario, Canada, so we have somewhat chillier weather than you. Got up for one circuit today - got bounced around pretty good - winds 20 gusting 30 and I was in an LSA . . .
I just got to refuel a KC 30 that towed a flight of "Growler's" to those maneuvers ...you may have seen them while you were there!! Cheers and good video!! 👍+1sub!
Great stuff! Those power levers and t/r looks like they are about to fall apart. What is the TT and cycles? How about ask the boss for a newer Gulfstream? There are some nice ones on controller.com Fly safe guys!
Love being in the jump seat with you two. Lets me relive my Corp days flying with Al Volmer and Terry Grange out of Hooker Ohio . Thanks !!!
I'm just a private pilot, but your videos have vastly improved my radio communication skills. Love watching the pros at work. Thanks for all the videos!
That's great...glad we could help in some way!
So in 10 months you have gone from 1000 subscribers to 47K. Nice work. I am impressed. I am an old guy (68 yrs old) who used to fly jets in the Marine Corps. Love the channel!
Man I sure hope I can nail down a job like that when I retire from the Marines in two years. Love the Gulfstream!

Look at that chop on the ascent! Reminds me of the last time I flew out of Vegas.

Life is good in the Gulf, good quality video, enjoyed it.
Nice video's. Love the take offs !! And landings. Lots of fun to watch. Will be watching for more.
Thanks guys and gal.
Amazing video! I literally see my car at 12:33... I was spotting that day and I heard your callsign on the scanner!
As opposed to figuratively seeing your car?
kramerica2k10 yeah, because people say that they can see their house in a joking fashion.
@@kramerica2k10 People say 'literally' too much but this was an appropriate use. You literally picked the wrong situation to make fun of it.
You guys are doing a great! job with the videos, watch them more then TV. Keep them coming.
I absolutely love, love, love your channel! Tail winds and happy landings!
Great video. Thx for sharing. The rounded edges on the lower left video window is a nice touch.
Thanks for taking the time to film and edit this video. I'm not a pilot, but do enjoy flying. I got excited when ATC called a helicopter at altitude.....they would be having nose bleeds at that altitude...great video once again! Do you two ever fight? Ha ha.....great crew cockpit coordination!
I have been watching Premier 1 Driver who recommended you two gentleman thought I give a try
We crossed airways with Premier 1 Driver a while back and got to talk to him on the radio...out of curiosity, where did he mention us?
P1D also very nice vids.
Why are these vids so addictive . I’m sat in England and have become a fan. Presidential 69 out lol .
So in a king air with proline 21 avionics, the left PFD would always go out when we flew into moisture and come back when clear of moisture for a few minutes. The avionics techs looked into the plane up and down and never found out what the problem was. One of those mysteries
Some of the best vids I've seen..Great how the 3 of you work together....
Having a great time watching you guys!

Great videos. Very informative. Just a suggestion would like to see a video of you guys handling various common failures in a simulator. eg sudden depressurisation, engine failure on take off and so on.
I would love to show that, but the simulator companies are very strict about not allowing video or audio cameras in the facilities
Wonderful videos. Please keep them coming.
