Sagar Sheldekar I am from New Delhi and am planning to buy the panigale but the heating issue was crazy during the test ride. I have heard from owners that they have to stop and wait for the bike to cool down at times due to traffic. How true is that?

fantastic review....not too much technical mumbo jumbo, well balanced with how it actually 'feels' to ride! I love how Ducati has decided to have both headlights on now while in the low-beam mode. It must have been such a fantastic day! Keep up the great reviews.
The only thing I really don't like about the new bike is the fact that they've decided to go with Showa/Sachs suspension units...it really seems like they are watching their pennies on this one.

I've always wondered why most of the ducatis have a V-twin setup and not an inline 4 or a V-4?
And how can they match up with all the other 4 cylinder rivals ?
Don't the extra 2 cylinders give the rivals an edge ?

That exhaust is a crime against humanity. Why don't they just make a separate edition with the hideous exhaust for Europe, and give the rest of us a pretty exhaust without having to fork out more money?
Because Euro 4 !
P.S. They have an Akrapovic version you might want to check out.
Actually america do get the under body exhaust, and I'm not positive but I think we get it too.

Well as far as these bikes go, we are yet to test the MV Agusta F3. The 959 is a potent machine with a lot of equipment for that money. Cannot wait to test the F3.

The 675R is smaller, and a hoot to ride but is a dated platform. Cant say that to the 959.

If that is coming because of those pipes, there is nothing that an aftermarket exhaust cannot change.
