Anyone reading this comment I have a tip for at the start of every workout you should meditate for 5 minutes and then the end of the workout you should do 5 minutes of meditation it helps you to develop a strong mindset also

I know you are probably busy and won't see this comment, but I think giving a try at a physique like Uvogin or as close as possible with calisthenics and maybe weighted options would be a good idea since HxH is returning soon

For the alternative plan, if you don’t work push, pull, legs twice a week each, doesn’t that reduce strength gain by quite a bit? I probably just don’t understand
kinda late to comment but I think u forgot to mention about the importance of legs in combat sports. All powers and speed comes from the legs, for example: look at Mike Tyson's, Canelo's and Conor's Legs and look at Manny Pacquiao's calves
