    Anyone reading this comment I have a tip for at the start of every workout you should meditate for 5 minutes and then the end of the workout you should do 5 minutes of meditation it helps you to develop a strong mindset also

    I know you are probably busy and won't see this comment, but I think giving a try at a physique like Uvogin or as close as possible with calisthenics and maybe weighted options would be a good idea since HxH is returning soon

    I am gonna try this for sure I will call it project baki today I had my first training it was the hardest I have ever done specially the deficit push ups were the hardest 1st set I managed them but 2 and 3 I couldn’t go past 6 or 7

    For the alternative plan, if you don’t work push, pull, legs twice a week each, doesn’t that reduce strength gain by quite a bit? I probably just don’t understand

    kinda late to comment but I think u forgot to mention about the importance of legs in combat sports. All powers and speed comes from the legs, for example: look at Mike Tyson's, Canelo's and Conor's Legs and look at Manny Pacquiao's calves

    Hey Buff Mark! I've noticed when you do your pull-ups you use a horizontal grip, I got a pull-up bar that has access to a vertical grip. When trying both grips I've noticed I prefer the vertical grip as opposed to the horizontal grip. My question for you is does the vertical grip affect the results I am looking for as opposed to the horizontal grip you use?

      Yes it does, I recommend you getting one but heres another way. First a sturdy branch or anything you can grab onto and hang from. Last resort is a door just do pullups on the door and ur good

      When performing bilateral exercises, your strongest side will always do most of the work over your weakest. That said, unilateral movements will help correcting those muscle imbalances if that concerns you.
