Great all-around video quality. Found you today and I'm quite surprised you don't have more subs already. First time I've actually seen any pallet video mentioning the markings
Other good places to ask for pallets are all kinds of stores including your favorite grocery store. Maybe not tons of pallets like from industrial places but you can definitely grab one or two from time to time Great video!
The place i work at throws away dozens upon dozens of pallets every week. They are all HT labeled and paintless. There are a variety of styles that come through. Some of the best are made of unnotched 2x4 with really nice 1x4 all on top. Others even made of 4x4 lumber. Im tempted in asking my boss if i can have a few every week to make some stuff
How can you tell it safe from any chemicals or nasty stuff that may have spilled on the pallet? My worry and what keeps me from using them, is that while the wood itself was good, in its uses, something awful got on it that I wouldn't want to end up in my garden
I've never noticed a consistent source. It's possible some industrial locations get pallets from vendors that only supply hardwood pallets. It will be different for everyone.
I’ve been finding them at a carpet installer and auto parts store. They share a dumpster area so I’m not sure which place has them, but they have smaller sized mixed hardwood pallets, and larger pine/spruce
I have a weakness for pallet videos?!?!🤪 Enjoyable as usual! 😎
You and me both!

Much appreciated!
Immediately ran over to check if my mountain of pallets are safe, whew! KD-HT stamped on all of them!

Clean pallets stand out fairly starkly from beaten up or tainted ones
We can do to much thinngs with pallets wood
How do I know if the palettes I find have mold (either visible or not)?
Stains and possibly the smell.

Where can I find hardwood pallets?
