Glad to see that fire rig with ya. It’s been just a hair over 5 weeks for us without rain and with those big fires this last week it’s just a reminder can’t be too safe.

I used a band saw to cut my saddles on the plastic lined pipe. I had to use that stuff once before and that’s how I cut my saddles and it did great.
The pipe last seems to out live other pipe as well.

When you’re trying to make sure your rails are centered instead of moving the string line use a piece of angle iron and run a mark down your pipe

Hey Austin, you should invest in a one person Tranzit. It allows you to put level marks on all of the poles and it eliminates the possibility of having uneven rails on your fence that you could possibly get with a string line

Oof, had to lay that stuff down on the oil rigs heavy as hell!! I know they used it on one of our wells that was radioactive to see if it would stop corroding so fast which it did help. Also used it on another well the tool pusher said they wanted to use it to see if they get more life out of the pipe with less pitting and rod wear. They call it poly core though, it did the job it was supposed to I think those wells are still pumping with no pipe pulls just new pumps that was when I was 18 so 10 years now. My back still remembers how much they weighed lmao

I know nothing firth off. But an 💡 I had, what about using a plumb bob for the bottom marking? It would be really easy for an accurate vertical line.

Just for the record, those handsome creatures at 18:44 are mules not donkeys. A mule is a cross between a male donkey and female horse. If the breeding is reversed it’s actually called a hinny. I’ve owned mules for over 30 years and can honestly tell you mules and women are a lot a like! “nothing better than a good one nor worse than a bad one”
