good to see a company go a little out of the way to help someone. I know you have a big audience that helped the situation but it still says something about them.
Cody, Matt and Meredith at Bunker Branding just released a statement about your interaction with Bunker Branding and they really believe there was a misunderstanding over the hats. It would be good to see you two work together. Many prayers to you and your family.
I hope it gets resolved, I just really hate the fanboys on both sides disparaging both channels. We don’t need that, but it’s easy to do that on the internet.
Have y’all bought anything from Bunker Branding? I’ve made several purchases. Never had an issue. Of course they want to make things right, their business is supporting UA-camrs and other influencers. But if you’ve actually watched any of Matt’s content, and believe that he and Mere would try to scam anybody, you must be watching different videos than I watch.
@Luke K. y'all are assuming quite a lot without knowing any of the actual truth. The good thing is they're all adults and I'm sure they can work it out on their own
Man, you are an amazing dad, and i adore your family. Your son in an amazing young man. I don't have kids yet but man you are giving me hope. Blessings to you and the family.
i like how people look at cody as the "generic straight male" but the dude is in full support of his sons love of baking and cooking, and even seems quite proud of it. you're a good father, my friend.
My mother taught me very well how to cook when I was just a young lad; skills I still use to this day some 50 odd years later. Actually I do enjoy cooking equally along with fishing, welding, gardening, mechanicing, carpentry, and all the other so called manly skills. Nothing wrong with being a good well rounded individual in life skills regardless of gender.
It is so nice to find a company that will help out their customers . I have most recently had that experience with Scorpion riding gear . I broke the release on my modular helmet about three months after buying it . I contacted them to see if I could buy the part from them , no . They sent me a whole new chin bar assembly . Then I did it agin about 3 years later and repeated trying to buy the part , they sent me another new chin bar assembly . No charge . As a former firefighter I love your QTAC fire unit . Quick attack while fire is small is key to beating a fire .
That is why I buy used "old junk"... 9 times out 10 the previous owner just didnt feel like fooling with it and had the means to buy something new. Often times if an older lady or gentleman knows that you are going to fix something and put it to work they will come down on the price😉
When you said to your Daughter "Can't is not in our vocabulary", it brought back a memory of my Dad. He had an auto repair shop for 38 years. Back in 1973 I was 17 and working on my 1st car, a 1967 GTO convertible. I was under the hood and struggling for probably 1/2 an hour on starting a bolt in a tight spot. He came by and asked what was up. I said "I've been trying and can't get this bolt started". He immediately said "Don't ever saw you can't". He then gave me some verbal tips on how to do it, without ever putting his hands on it, then walked away. With his wisdom, I accomplished in 1 minute what I struggled with for half an hour. A life lesson from my Dad that got me through many seemingly impossible situations in my life. Thanks and God Bless you Dad.
Awesome of Qtac! Speaking of CS, Bunker branding acknowledged your complaint on one of their Off The Ranch videos. Hopefully you get back in touch with them and get it figured out. Seems like they are genuine people and you guys can work together to support one another.
Glad you were able to get up and running again. It takes a true servant attitude to provide good customer service. To me, providing the highest quality of customer service is being obedient to the Lord's command to love your neighbor.
This is one of the channels that made this 52 yr. old male learn to be a little more self sufficient & motivated to be the sort of person God might like to be around? Been here for 8 yrs. & still learning.
Wish I had a father like you growing up. When I was younger fixing things/working on things was a waste of time and stupid to my dad... It was always "join the military" "your just going to break things" "take it to a professional" "you can't learn by yourself, you have to go to school for it" even for a lot of simple things and he's still like that to this day... Now that I'm a father I can actually teach my kids how to do everything I know and we can learn things together like a father should do. (Sorry, just venting I guess)
Companies like that a rare and few it should be seriously appreciated for sending the proper equipment for doing repairs like that and it means they stand behind their equipment totally and will help you when it requires to get things repaired
I LOVE when the missus does her cooking videos, her smiling and having fun sharing something she loves is such a great thing, really enjoy watching them. Plus those meatballs look amazing!
We had a poly tank leaking on one of our engines once. This crazy looking haggard looking guy showed up an in like 2 minutes he was leaving. I watched the whole time because I’ve never seen plastic welding before. But he did it for a living. Good job Cody!
The first thing I thought of was "He's going to 'weld plastic' and he has his britches rolled up! I cringed until I saw that it didn't flow so it might splash on that bare skin! Looks like you had another success, Cody! Well done. 🤠

Great customer service is rare and much appreciated when a company goes above and beyond to make a customer happy. Not to mention the life-long free advertising they get from doing a happy customer. At least I know I spread the word of companies I deal with that treat me fair.
Thanks QTAC for supporting Wranglerstar and his family. That's the way to do customer service. Jack, learning to cook and bake are valuable life skills and also fun.
I still cannot believe how old Jack is these days. . . very good thing he's interesting at cooking at such a young age. I didn't learn 'real' cooking until I worked in fire stations in my 20's. But my experience in fire ended up similar as you cody. But still, miss doing the hard work but it's a young mans job!
Hat off to Qtac for having good customer service and actually reaching out to Cody before he even called. That is what differentiates an average company and a great company especially when dealing with fire/rescue equipment. 👍

I was introduced to the concept of plastic welding about 25 years ago when I worked at an electroplating shop. I watched a guy put together some tanks out of polypropylene. Basically the same as what you did, except the tip on the welder was also used the smash the rod into the workpiece. It was actually really fast. I think the material makes a difference, though.
I broke a Suzuki rm fender one time. My dad shaved off a strip of the fender and proceeded to weld that thing as smooth as can be .....I was amazed. He just did it with a soldering iron. The principle of melt, meld, fill, works on plastic just the way it does on metal....just alot cooler.
