Awake your feet and the whole body before school time. Wear barefoot shoes (wide, flat, flexible, light, possibly natural) , and even wearing shoes engage your feet. Crunched, active. In general superior tendons will be exposed. At school maybe try to stand as often as possible, activating your feet more and mobilising your hips. Sometimes some periods with crossed legs (yoga style) even partially wouldn’t be bad. VERY IMPORTANT: learn to activate your tongue (against your palate back and forth, find the rythme, there’s a right one) and your perineum, during the respiratory acts. It has to become natural . But mean while at school you can practice some series. There are some secrets.. but already starting that kind of awareness is great. Just one here, in the edge of breathing out, exaggerate feet at perineum contractions. Lift it as much as possible While pushing with the tongue again the anterior part of you mouth. Even doing the tongue outside as much as possible, 😛. While complete exaltation. Anyway keep those active. And Remember mind awareness and projection is way more important than the constant physical execution. Build the idea and sensations about the athlete and footballer you want to be clearly in your mind with as much consistency you can. À dreaming vision. Remember sensations included. On the physical world remember to live coherently with that, developing the capability to listen your body more and more. You will be happier each day feeling yourself in the flow. Enjoy 🌅💗 ⚽️💗🌅
I did everything you you teaching in the past without knowing that was the secret that made me insanely good, i was the best in every field i stepped in even against better teams, but because of poor sleep and no money to eat i got injured. Now I'm trying to comeback, thank you for all your advice ❤.
okay so real quick.. i been practicing this for about a year and some change.. and I’m a natural so i was already kinda nice but after the barefoot work and i stopped training/weightlidting and all that yeah i got nice as hell.. for real, do the lymphatic hops, get in the sun, eat healthy and play barefoot.. it’s okay to play barefoot and everyone has cleats.. if you get stepped on, it doesn’t hurt that bad.. focus on you and not others and you might get as good as me one day.. thanks TD.. I’ll be the muse that brings your work to light..

This is essential but there are also huge knowledge gaps like game IQ that makes the pros stand out.
