Lovely home. I would change the kitchen door for a window and put more counter in that space. Move the sink to that location
I understand having the door to access the side porch, but you are already entering the home via the kitchen. You could make the side door a slider window to use as a pass through.

I love this little house
This place is very nice and cozy. My favorite parts are the wrap around porch, built-ins, arches, and floating shelves.
This is a very pleasant, move-in ready home. I think that the colour scheme is calming, homey, and would stand the test of time. My only suggestion would be to eliminate the kitchen bar counter (perhaps just lower it to normal counter height and use two more dining chairs there) to make the dining area feel less cramped. The laundry room has good storage space for outer wear that the small entry closet couldn’t accommodate. A very comfortable home indeed. Great job!

Beautiful home. I love the style.
Delightfully cozy cottage. I love the bump-out bay windows in the living room and the wraparound porch, but I’d have to work with the architect to move the front door so that it doesn’t open into the dining/kitchen area. That said, as a weekend house where most of the activities are outdoors and entertaining, the setup is ideal.

SOLD! It's perfect❤️ Only changes I'd make: no dishwasher, I'd rather have more caninet space; change kitchen and dining light fixtures more rustic and no pictures above the heads of the beds
Extend the porch pass the master bedroom but enclose it to make a home office space or setting space off the master bedroom. If I were to build this, I would flip the house so the living room side of the house faces the road, and the long porch (and added home office or setting space) is facing the lake side of the house with chairs for setting and a BBQ grill by the wall of the bedroom extension, and maybe screen in the lake side of the porch. Add small ceiling fans on the screened porch. The parking would be by the bay window and the "welcome" side of the front porch. I really like this floorplan for a small house! Excellent design! Also on behind the guess bedroom door in the bedroom I would put a pocket door to the hall bathroom so the "guest" could lock their bedroom door, open the pocket door, then and close the bathroom door and lock it to have an on suite.
I love this home too. I'd have the front door open into the living room side or flip the entire home with the dining room in that bay window area. Truly is lovely!

I agree. I’m not a fan of entering a house into the dining room/ kitchen.
This one is nice. I always think about a garage, for weather purposes to bring in anything from vehicles. I would somehow have the porch that's off the kitchen door be where the garage is and put that porch on the back of the house where the laundry is...someplace to sit and take your shoes off. The garage only has to be lined up with the door to the kitchen, you could keep both windows in the kitchen, in fact you could put a door to the garage on the front porch, hope I'm making sense. I like this one.
This one checks most of my boxes. One small option would be to add a door between the secondary bedroom and the bathroom. I still don't understand the fascination with wood burning fireplaces that some architects seem to have. They're expensive to build, they take up space, they're very poor sources of heat, and I'll bet that 90% of the newer houses with fireplaces almost never use them.

This house is a very nice fit for me, I'm thinking the fireplace is gas because there is no accommodations for wood storage. I am also a fan of wrought iron bed frames. And the laundry room is also a nice size.

Utility room where the front bedroom is, sound buffer for all of the bedrooms from living room noise. TV/Sound System speakers are essentially on the bedroom wall. Otherwise, very nice!

Love this I want to save this but the fireplace need to be more bigger one to warm the whole house. Love the wrapped around house but the floor to the ceiling is too high that I can't reach the cabinets
I'd change the living room be at the front door and put the kitchen and dining in the bay window side. Put the fireplace on the other side with the living room. Delete extra bathroom. Delete door in kitchen and delete wrap around porch. Oh just give me a different house 😅

How do you purchase a floor plan that you like
I love the house, but I don’t like how small the bedrooms are. I don’t need a laundry that big so I would look for a way to make the laundry, smaller and expand the master bedroom.

Kitchen and master sied 2or3 feet wider and the same longer as well for living room. That way the sink could go under the window where it belongs and you could door wher table is

Too much floor space allocated to bed/bathrooms while living areas are cramped. Plus who puts the front door to open into the kitchen?
Reconfigure front to have a foyer so visitors aren’t looking at dirty dishes as soon as the door opens.

This house not security
Another horrible open floor plan to give us greasy living room furniture. I don't want an entry into the kitchen. Awful. Laundry room too much, and some of that space could accommodate a pantry (too far from the kitchen). Altogether an epic fail. I would never want it, although several of your other designs are very nice.
