Love the look both inside and out. However, I'd either eliminate those windows by the tub or make them transom windows. Other than that, its gorgeous!
This house has lots of curb appeal with a Craftsman look. The entry has ample space for coats and footwear. The laundry room has extra cabinets for kitchen storage. I like that the turns in the stairway have platforms rather than angled steps. The office could easily be used as a third bedroom. I would want to replace the front bathroom windows with smaller, higher ones, though this would affect the exterior appearance. Because the only downstairs toilet is in the bedroom ensuite, I might tinker with the fridge location and the laundry room to insert a powder room for guests. Overall, this is a functional plan!

Bathroom windows could be frosted for privacy. I agree the only bathroom on the 1st floor has to be accessed thru the bedroom. Make the mudroom smaller and add a toilet and vanity.
I love this style home and the layout with some minor changes that have already been mentioned in the comments. I would drop this on some acreage and could see myself retiring there.
Pretty nice layout, but with a few changes not to walls but arrangement of cabinets or storage units this would be a much more functional home.
Perfect, now I only need my three car garage. IT HAS A LAUNDRY ROOM!!! And I love the office.
It needs a little powder room for guest. Otherwise perfect!!

I like the overall look and layout, but my only nitpick is that there isn't enough closets/storage for the rooms. Especially in the office since that could potentially be turned into another bedroom if needed

The lay out looks nice. I noticed that there was no powder area and a garage. The office area be changed to another bedroom. But i like this home.

Awkward frig location, have to go around peninsula. If opened slightly to living room can turn peninsula to island and get around from two directions, or could change peninsula to other direction. Be nice to have second door off kitchen where it looks like it has a window.
I love it you make it so hard to pick from if I was buying right now.
I like the house. Its a great design, but the only bathroom downstairs requires going thru master br. Also, you can't have a shower on that type of tub with a lip around it. I prefer the tried and true fiberglass units...so much more practical than tile, but I know the video versions need to be more stylish 😊 How about a cottage style with 1 br and bath downstairs that has easy br access for guests and a loft instead of traditional upstairs? Around 1000 sq feet

Nice big laundry room! Maybe you could take the space under the first set of stairs up to the landing and put storage under it opening to downstairs bedroom to augment the storage.

Love this! However; since there is only one bedroom and office on the second floor, why not have the bathroom as an en-suite? I’m also safe conscious; maybe have the bathroom windows on the ground floor set higher so you don’t flash your neighbors, and the shower window open to the porch? At night, you can be seen through the window treatments.
Is this design available for purchase? I’d seriously consider it on a future home when I have the land.

These house designs, are the blueprints available for purchase?? It would be pretty perfect for me if I could purchase the plans to one I really liked and then my adult son could then build it for me. If they are for sale, pls list the site so I can check out the prices and the different designs.
I love it, but where is the TV supposed to go? The couch should face it, but I don't like a window behind me when I am on the couch.

Two huge windows in a shower looking into a full bath from the porch ... pass! More laundry room than kitchen ... pass.
Over all I love the layout, but I'd swap out those huge bath windows (upstairs and down) for clerestory windows that can let in light without putting on a show for neighbors or need to be covered up with a shower curtain that blocks all the light ... and I'd move the stairs over/put the laundry and downstairs bedroom closet into a room together ... with pantry shelves lining the wall to the back door.
The layout is just about perfect, the office space is gorgeous, but I prefer my bathroom to be quite a bit more private. I also love to cook!

The entry works, with the built in storage. I love the great room. The fireplace is gorgeous.
I don't love this kitchen. I'm not a fan of open shelving, especially when storage is at a premium. I also don't like the work space being boxed in. Get a couple people in a tight space like that, and it starts to get uncomfortable real quick. I appreciate there's no microwave over the stove.

I don't really like the window in the tub/shower area. That would only work, if you had no neighbors or guests. Blinds would get wet, windows would get soap scum on them, mildew could grow in the corners, and they'd be hard to keep clean. Maybe one narrow window up high to let in light?
Again, a window over the toilet only works without neighbors or guests. Why add a window that will need to be permanently covered? Maybe try a small, high window in a decorative shape?

No. This upstairs bathroom misses completely on practicality. Storage shelves where the shower can wet everything? And blinds with a shower so you're not indecent in the window?
Maybe swap the BR and bath? those corner windows would work better for a bedroom.
