Pile 1❤ went thru many types of abuse from the father of my kids, off & on for 12 yrs. Was also drinking heavily & felt tired all the time. Then I met my son's psychologist last November. We have good communication everytime it's my son's appointment with him. This past July, don't know what came over me, but I started thinking that someone good & accomplished like him wouldn't go for someone like me. So I stopped drinking on July 6, got the strength to cut ties with my baby daddy, & feel better than ever. And tho my son's psychologist is married & I definitely respect that, I just feel really greatful for God having me meet him & to help show me the light spiritually❤

Probably 3.5yrs. My mum passed, family turned against me. Got diagnosed with adhd, which should’ve been done as a kid. But I was a kid in the 90s and a girl so. Anyway, I went through what felt like a mental break. The dark night of the soul, did a lot of shadow work in between the break and when I came out. I’m much better in a lot of ways now. But still not fully healed. And I’m going through the loss of my father now so I don’t know what will play out or how this will all play out. But yeah I do get anxious a lot. Most days. It’s tough.
