Take as an example the best polo player, Adolfo Cambiaso who used to play for Dubai, thus making the foreign shirts more "prestigious".

Being educated in a bilingual school does not mean that you are going to aquire the phonetics, you see, the enviroment where you live gives you the accent. You live in Argentina, we speak spanish, bilingual school you will speak the other language with an argentian accent. In conclusion, need to be born and bred in a english speaking country to be able to do that. Personally I think they do a good job when they speak especially you need to know a lots of vocabulary to explain and more importantly doing it in such way that people can understand you.

I’ll grant you, over this past 6 years I’ve consumed mostly content in English, rather than in Spanish, but saying native sounding pronunciation it’s something impossible to achieve is going a bit far.
