I go every year to Tokyo and have multiple tattoos. Still frowned upon with the older people, but I wasn't too concerned. As long as you show respect it"s all good. Public bath houses and water parks for the most part are a no go, but Tokyo overall is amazing and you need not worry!

I have been to Sebastian about three weeks ago, before seeing your video, and I can confirm they serve some really awesome ice-cream in there. It looks like different kinds of deserts and cakes but it's actually all made of shaved ice - so good.
I agree with you Paolo on the melonpan in the "The Second Best.." store😊. They've opened a branch here in Manila in SM Aura BGC, I've just tried that yesterday👌the warm bread with the ice cream is amazing🤗the shop is called Melonpan Ice.
I hope you go there for more than the food even though it does look really good you should not just go to Tokyo but the less modern parts as well. I have never been to the country but i know so many things about it thanks to videos like this.

Pretty sure it's almost impossible to find purely vegetarian food in Japan unless you go to a monk somewhere. Broth, sauce, ingredients, with almost always have some sort of meat or fish ingredient in there. Japan is notoriously one of the toughest places for vegetarians
