I have used it. It gives colour cast. I didn't like it. In fact from all that I have used, it performed the worst. Kodak is not a filter company so it's understandable

There are markings. But they are not for landscape photography

vnd is10 stops and ndx is 6 stops

No filter is 100% neutral. This shows minor colour shift which is easily manageable
for pollution control you can use clear night filters of Meco
