The stock footage that is implied to be views of the penthouses is laughable. You are supposed to be in a penthouse. Eye level with trees outside the windows invalidates the "informational" aspect of the video

A great video, but PLEASE...use a live narrator! I want to hear emotion and excitement in the speaker's voice, not perfect pronunciation completely void of any enthusiasm. Thank you.
