I love your outlook on food. It's so healthy :) Thank you. I suffered from anorexia for so many years and thankfully I've been recovered for around a year and a half now, but I do still struggle and stuff, and it's refreshing to hear someone have such a positive view on it.
@angelonearth21 fair enough because everyone is different! I do say at the end dont be too strict, I eat naughty aswell but that wouldnt be as helpful to do a video on lol xx
@BollyBoop I think it depends which ones, most of the packaged ones arnt too healthy and like super noodles are obviously really unhealthy! I cant say for actual 'real' ramen noodles! maybe others can help? x
@cherrycherry96 ya I know apples have that many calories, i could argue that cheese isnt bad for u atall, the good thing is that it contains calcium and that I like the taste thats about all lol but thanks =]
@KullerkeksLovesThem she? huh? I say that they all are going to contain calories and not to be too strict as to be eating nothing etc..im wondering how you got that impression?
Lara bars are good, any unsweetened tea from starbucks is good or a green tea with steamed soy milk is good from starbucks. Raw organic kale chips, & flourless bread is yummy & healthy! Almond milk is good & so is coconut ice cream!
Your videos and ideas honestly reflect the amount of subscribers you have as a beauty channel! The ideas are so fresh and diverse and so so so interesting. Love love love your channel :)
the best thing to start your morning off with is a warr glass of water with freshly squeezed lemon in it...it burns off fat and cleans out your system especially if you've had alot of crap the previous day.I swear it makes a difference to your skin, body slightly raises the metabolism and give you energy for the day
The ginger that comes with sushi is really good for you...clears out your immune system etc and seaweed has b-vitamins, iron etc. Olives actually have a high fat content not as bad as avacado..but its still healthy fat. the only bad thing i can think of is that it has a lot of salt which can cause bloating lol
if you don't want to eat too much dairy but you really like yogurt, try coconut yogurt! It's SOOOO good! We have it here in the U.S. at Whole Foods. Its's by a brand called So Delicious. It tastes like coconut milk, and the unsweetened one is pretty healthy, not too sweet. It does have fat, but I think it's a healthier fat than dairy fat. :)
I love olives too! My husband only likes me to eat a hand full but I could also down the whole jar. Aren't they high in sodium? That would be my only problem with them. Too much of that will throw everthing off! But I crave salt so I also think it's the best thing to take care of it! Thanks for the vid Sam!
Those veg pots make up for about 5/7 of my dinners a week. Im at uni and too lazy too cook but i find those are worth the extra money because they're soooo tasty and fill me up!
ooh lovely healthy foods hun! i also buy the nature valley bards & always snack on humous & cucumber sticks.Have you tried sliced banana on bran flakes? i like how the banana gives bland bran flakes so natural sweetness :)
As long as your stomach can handle them ( mine can't unfortunately) you can eat as many olives as you want, they're very very healthy, my personal fave are Kalamata olives. Just so you know, an olive have 10 times more antioxidants than olive oil, and are good sources of iron, magnesium, calcium and Vitamin A and E.
If you haven't already, you should try falafels. You can get them in the vegetarian section of most super market, i think they're by a make called 'Cauldron'. They're so healthy! They come in balls, but they taste so good if you crumble them up and put them in pitta bread with houmous :) xx
I looove dried fruits, especially apples, apricots, and, mostly, MANGO. They're soo lovely! Also, it is really worth it to try and eat healthily, without all these sweets, crisps, and all that, and it might be very tough at the beginning, but after a while, you just get use to it:) I used to be a MASSIVE chocolate lover, but I haven't even touched it for more than 3 months, and I don't feel like I HAVE to eat it to survive:)
Thanks for this - you've really re-inspired me to get healthy and kick my own butt again :D have you read about 'empty calories' in Diet Coke and stuff!!???!! Makes me want to stamp my feet like a mad smurf! :) Always love your advice videosx
Hey I don't have milk as well, instead I love coconut milk and rice dream :) what do you have instead? Xx Btw olives are good for you, they have good oils in them, oh and I would love to see a salad dressing video. Thanks :)
Loved the video and i would definitely love to see your daily routine for health/fitness. I agree with what some of the other viewers have said about you making a video of how to make your salad and vinaigrette. (I'm not completely clue less when it comes to making those types of things I'm just curious)
Thank you so much-I really needed this video to rein courage me about my slow-carb diet...btw- Christmas is coming soon so will you make a makeup tutorial plz?...all blue and green and glittery....
@BollyBoop . that instant noodles are quick and easy but they are coated with chemical stuff as well and do not contain much protein, so u shouldnt eat them too often, plus, many people break out from eating too much instant noodles. you should add noodles to the boiling water (without spices), give it a stir for 15secs or so and drain the noodles. then add new water, spices and cook as u want. and you should eat all the soup either
I love this! I think it would be a good idea to do health/lifestyle videos! =) Could you do a video to teach us how to make your mum's recipe for vinaigrette, or even your favourite snacks/salads/lunches to make? Just throwing some ideas, but love your videos as always!
i love the marks and spencers range for salads and sushi's but they're so priceyy and my god i need to stop eating white bread i love them so much i would eat them for breakfast lunch and dinner if i could loool great video xxx
I'm Spanish, and olives is one of the things I tend to buy because i love them!!! I had the same doubt about the calories and if they really are good for you...i heard that green olives have less calories than the black ones, but it's a tiny difference. I would say that eating no more than 6 or 7 olives is okay...(anything in excess can be bad). Hope you find this useful!! :) i love your videos!!! xx
WOW! I really needed this video! Since starting uni in September I've been eating sooo much crap! Can you do a video about heathy lunch tips or nice cheap places to eat in Central London? Thanks! :)
you should go to leon if you're around the soho area - it's soooo yummy and healthy but is still 'fast food'. their cookbook is incredible too! i also swear by kelp supplements - they're great at curbing snacking habits, keep your metabolism high and are good for your hair too!
Hey Sammi! I love olives too, but you should only have a few at a time! The packaged ones can contain a lot of sodium (salt), which is bad for your cardiovascular health. But they are sooo yummy!
Scientifically an avocado is a fruit. As for the olives they are healthy but in moderation, because it does have the healthy fat. However do not forget that the olives are pickled so it contains a lot of sodium. Would love to see a video and recipe of you making the vinaigrette! I have been wanting to make my own but searching for a good recipe has been a bit of dilemma.
@xxAngelDustxx true but you can get calcium from elsewhere not just dairy! xx
@xxxsweetcandyz you can get calcium elsewhere e.g from greens/vegetables, you can survive without dairy products! x

@moviegirl2815 Im pretty sure they contain monounsaturated fats
As long as your stomach can handle them ( mine can't unfortunately) you can eat as many olives as you want, they're very very healthy, my personal fave are Kalamata olives.
