The apology isn’t for liking 50 cent more, it’s an apology for acting like you couldn’t like Ja because 50 didn’t. I never did that because I wasn’t sold on 50 or gunit until he went mainstream and even then I wasn’t sold. It took hearing his album to fw him and still he only had one good album imo. I think Ja rule was a better rapper and artist overall but the music business is about who you like and rap is the worst offender of that.

What if people actually didn't like Ja rule because he was trying to sound and look like Pac ? What if people didn't like him because street cred for a rapper meant being real which was the core of hip hop and was exposed for faking his entire life style ? How you gone be part of a group called M.U.R.D.E.R Inc but got no bodies ? You're using street culture to make money when you aren't part of it. Being fake has always been frowned upon.
Hip hop was about being original and real about what you were talking about. Now it's called Hip Pop and it's all about how the public sees you and making money BY ALL MEANS. Now there are no unspoken rules, there is no unspoken code of conduct... Being fake in your raps is fine, it's just music right ? Sounding like the next man is fine, it's what's popular right ? Suing someone who beat you in battle rap is fine, it's all about protecting ''your brand'' right ? (I hate this modern ''brand'' term'').
I feel this is all about Drake somehow. Drake is the fraud of this era, and Ja was the fraud of his. Only difference is that Ja was man enough to take in on the chin and not sue like a Karen.

Me personally, I'd say 50 Cent is more of a Drake than a Kendrick in his beef with Ja. Because he was doing the trolling, he had massive industry machine support, and he HAS gone the legal route and exposed things that shouldn't be exposed (which is why he got shot and had the protective order put on him). Ja just wasn't as good of a lyricist and strategist as Kendrick.

This just shows how women and men view Hip Hop differently. Most women I knew loved JaRule and the baby oil, and would pick Ja over 50 Cent. Future and Metro did two whole albums dissing Drake, and one is nominated for a Grammy. The more masculine hardcore artist is always view with more respect, we respect toxicity. Loving is feminine and weak. Jarule was way more loving and respectful than 50 Cent. Most women don’t prefer that kind of rapper. Some do, so I don’t need a woman to comment just to say that. Lol!

Bruh, i cannot respect itches in the game, but i can respect a man that takes his L's and moves on, he needs to come back, is time, so what if he lost, i like 50, im a fan, but i don't support clown ideas, im not a big fan of ja rule, but the fact he accepted his lost, thats a man, so i will support him coming back and doing something, he deserves more respect. ✊ get him back in the game, and 50 better leave him alone, or else i won't support his clown hate, he won, who cares.

I'll choose 50 over Ja still. It doesn't matter. He had a run, but only hits fix everything and he was done after New York ft Jadakiss & Fat Joe.

Lots of us felt sorry for JaRule but to do this now? I feel like y’all trying to come up with a play to let Drake back in.
JaRule lost fair and square and Kendrick is no TuPac.

This the absolute truth 50 cents did not end Ja Rule Career it was a collective and timing and momentum that killed Ja Career. The first domino that fucked Ja Career was Nas not signing to murder ink after killing the Camel. If Nas signs with murder ink ain’t nobody beating them period Em 50 can’t fuck with no Nasir Jones period especially Nas around 2001-2003. Second domino by even trying to sign Nas separated Ja Irv from Jay z. Which Jayz and Rocafella could have been one less enemy and one more friend to have in this battle. 3rd 50 snitch twice pressing charges for the fight and 50 subliminals brought down Supreme murder ink loss they power in the streets and couldn’t really respond due to FBI being on they ass. 4th beefing with Em and that fan base huge mistake also DMX Busta Rhymes Jayz D12 G Unit they all was going at Murder Ink Ja went through a real 20 v 1. 5th 50 cents took Ja formula sound so we no longer needed Ja anymore because 50 was making Ja type of music and it was hotter. 6th Get Rich or Die Trying probably the hottest album of are lifetime only albums on that level doggy style MMLP as far as sales and maybe Carter 3 50 was just to big to fail. So many factors in Ja Rule Murder Ink downfall.
