    Good info, I like how you just get into the discussion without all the meaningless jabber. We look at a lot videos and most are long with unnecessary stuff, whereas you are short, direct and to the point.
    Thanks

      Excellent Video clip! Apologies for chiming in, I would love your opinion. Have you ever tried - Ienyott Breathtaking Idea (google it)? It is a good exclusive product for getting a reliable erection minus the normal expense. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my coo-worker at very last got great success with it.

Ive heard some great things about it and my old buddy Taylor finally got excellent results with it.

    So interestingly, the shear stress sensors are cilia using polycystin 1, which as the name suggests is heavy in sulfur. So if sulfur was deficient, you'd expect problems here, especially as ciliary turnover is quite high I recall

    Hello I like your presentation, I was chasing the subject of Nitric Oxide and how it works after reading Dr Esselstyn,s book on reversing heart disease. In the book i got the impression the Nitric Oxide is on the surface of the endothelium this then stops the blood sticking to the surface of the endothelium. You mentioned also about the oxide being released relaxing the muscle to expand the artery and reduce blood pressure. Dr Esselstyn is also in favour of a whole food plant based eating plan to aid this process and mentions it can ease angina, have you read any of his books? I am not promoting his work more i am very interested in this topic, many thanks

  • @TamalRoy50
    @TamalRoy50 4 роки тому

    Very nice explanation! My question is: do the endothelial cells change their shape during the vasodilation? i.e. does the allignment of the ECs change from along-the-blood-flow to perpendicular to the blood flow during vasodilation? I would imagine having a constant number of deformable cells on the endothelium, that is the case.

    I'll bet endotheleum can also stimulate smooth muscle above it to contract that vessel, not just dilate it. During contraction, stickiness or "hold until help arrives" can happen when an underlying toxin is detected by endothelium.

    Can someone please tell me why chronic weight lifting doesn't damage endothelial cell function due to shear stress?
    Obviously the paracrine function of NOS in the cell would help, but if you lift weights 4 -5 days a week for 30 years of your life, and go intensely, you'd think that it would damage the cell lining?
    Any evidence based research on this?

    I hear That penis pump indeced in the beganning alote of NO so it give some good sensation in the beganning. But due to over negative presure it increase tgf beta indecate inflammation response. In this point is it make the peins numb with lower erection quality. In this point
    What happen to endothelial linning in the cavensal carpora?

    Nitric oxide should not be confused with nitrogen dioxide (NO2), a brown gas and major air pollutant, nor with nitrous oxide (N2O), an anesthetic.[7]
    Lol, NOS.... your funny. Nitrous oxide (N.O.S) is not nitric oxide (N.O)
    Nitric oxide and nitrous oxide are such two compounds. The main difference between nitric oxide and nitrous oxide is that the nitrogen of nitric oxide has the oxidation state +2 whereas the oxidation state of nitrogen in nitrous oxide is +1

I absolutely love to hear comments on my videos - which I make on my own time for the sole purpose of helping people - that serve no purpose other than to make me feel bad and/or to make the commenter feel superior.
