    Love the part on eating around the table screen-free. We park our screens on the shelves near the front door. That helps all of us not reach for them during the day as often.

    My son gets his iPad once or twice a week for 20-30 minutes, the excitement he gets over it when its his 'iPad time" is adorable.
    If he got it everyday, he wouldn't be excited and it would become expected. So far its worked really well for us and we've never had any problems with his screen time, he turns it off and we put it away until next time and thats it.
