you can easily one phase without the mod regardless. hell you can even kill him way fatser than this since you can do damage to him immedietly when he drops instead of waiting for him to go up again
Check out the other two I just uploaded dude running celestial. The damage numbers are just downright stupid. So insane how these artifact mods this season stack with other buffs and debuffs
the best part is 1k isnt even the best fusion against bosses you can easily crit. reed's regret with triple tap vorpal or sleeper with cata would both kill a lot quicker, especially if you have the revenant hunter was using reed's with font of might, and everyone else using solar with sleeper with font as well
Cant wait to get triple tap vorpal reed now that trials loot is so much easier to get. That paired with the stasis mods coming thatll make stasis shards count as well would make font of might super easy to get.
because once you have divinity there's almost no reason to ever go back unless you REALLY badly want some of the weapons, i think the pulse rifle is the only 4 burst left in the game not sunset so that might be worth trying to go for outside that everything else is mediocre/bad in general.
I've attempted this raid using LFGs nearly 20 times. We always get to the boss fight, attempt it for a couple hours, and then fall apart. I only have 3 clears 😔
The raid mechanics can definitely be a nuisance for players new to it. Keep your head up though man and don't be afraid to jump into it with lfgs to practice, assuming it's a laid back and patient group of course 👍
Me personally though I've never minded teaching three plus people so long as they are willing to be taught. However, I do agree that new players should at least watch a video or read up on the mechanics before jumping so they at least have somewhat of an idea of what to expect.

For VOG for example: What do you have to do at the first stage? -hold my dick and look up to the sky at my ancestors -shart and smell -stand on the plate and kill everything, especially the minotaur praetorians
I normally just run a Sleeper with Celestial and x4 RDs. 1K is super fun but true satisfaction is hitting 100,000 dmg per shot and seeing that number pop up (with the right buff and rebuff stacking ofc)
Looking at the video timer, it took them about 15 seconds to kill the boss rather than a usual hour and a half. Or however long it usually takes. Despite the op builds raid teams can use to dominate high difficulty, endgame content. I hope that Focusing lens becomes a permanent armor mod. It would be beneficial for teams of six that would use three light subclasses and three dark subclasses.
I feel ya on that man. I just try to be as patient as possible. A lot of randoms I've done it with in my experience overthink raid mechanics and don't realize each encounter has the previous as well as an added mechanic up until you get to the boss which has all the mechanics rolled into one. G.o.S and Crown are the two raids that I've seen the most people panic and freeze as a result for sure. I do feel bad for those players I've come across because I'm sure you know as well as I do doing raids with all lfg's usually consists of at least one Internet Warrior lol
@@ProjectFlash each mod you equip buffs the damage you do to the boss while standing next to the relay you're doing damage from. They stack which is nice.
I only have one clear of this raid and it was a teaching run that too so long. The only reason why we got to kill the boss was because some bug happened where we had an unlimited timer on damage phase. Made some friends though. The guy who was high off his mind through out the run was pretty funny too
Just make sure you have at least one person using 1k and/or the person up front on tether team using any sort of fusion. You get the 5 stacks of particle from 1 shot with a fusion. Running all linears would take 5 total shots
Try 5x witherhord + 5x Vorpal Linear Fusion Rifle with 1x Div (if you don´t feel you hit the crits), tether without div is much better, as long everyone hit all shots, 6x people with high dps is better than 5x people and div is doing literally no dps
I've been telling myself since they announced the Anarchy nerf last season that would be my main setup going into this season ironically. I've just been having so much fun with 1k since it's always been one of my favorite weapons in the game. Although I could just be lazy since all you gotta do with it is point and shoot 😂
But yeah I totally agree regarding divinity, especially in G.o.S on the final boss. I can't remember the last time my friends and I used divinity instead of a tether on that boss
@@joesavino3578 There is a little skill gap with witherhord and linar fusion rifle to get max dps, but its still too easy. I miss the billibilli rotation with iza, wendi, truthteller. iza, wendi, truth, 2x wendi, iza...
Tether also stacks with particle btw. You just have to apply the debuff with particle before shooting the tether. The current meta is completely broken 😂
@@dragonslayergu1161 When you stand in a well, your weapon damage is converted to super damage (hence why it can hit through stuff like taken goblin shields). However, it is converted to super damage of the same element as the weapon you are firing and so stasis weapons do not work with focusing lens.

Sorry to hear man :(. Hopefully you are able to get it soon. However, it definitely isn't the be all end all for dps this season. The reeds retreat and threaded needle are great options and can out dps it on certain bosses. Sleeper is obviously great as well. This boss has always been extremely weak to explosive damage. Combine that with the seasonal artifact mods that stack with other buffs and debuffs in the game right now = broken dps😂
Heck rapid fire fusions are nuts right now as well and I wouldn't be surprised if those were the better option for templar and atheon given the 460 charge time and the buff they got. How many clears are you up to on last wish thus far? I think your chances go up to 50% for 1k to drop once you hit 20 looted clears.

Lol yeah I forgot to pass through it. Nah I still had the buff from it. It works in a Well of Radiance as well
I did lose out on 10% less damage though. Focusing lens with a Well of Radiance is 50% and Weapons of Light is 60%
