Agreed. It is unfortunate how bad the reception is. I have had pretty good experience with the bluetooth reception on this one. I can still get it to play songs from my phone about 10 yards away from the camper with the door closed.
I think it actually goes to the TV. This is an antenna booster, and I believe intended for the TV. But it seems to help a lot with the radio as well! Go figure!
