Subject Line: E99 - Urgent: Assistance Required In Search For Nancy Ng
Hello Mr. Bradley,
My name is ____, and I am writing to you on behalf of Nancy Ng’s entire family, who have gone months without answers regarding what happened to her on October 19, 2023, on Lake Atitlán. After kayaking out into the lake, she disappeared in an alleged drowning incident. The one and only person who witnessed Nancy’s drowning has been uncooperative, and there are now allegations that a bribe occurred to have her statement omitted from the police report. This person then left the country without aiding in search efforts and has refused to cooperate with the family and search teams.
It is my understanding that you have the power to escalate her case to the appropriate authorities in Guatemala because, as it stands, little is being done to investigate her disappearance. Please help her and her family.
I am asking that you please:
- Request that Guatemalan authorities ask U.S. officials, such as the FBI, for assistance in this investigation. The United States has resources that would prove incredibly valuable to this investigation, as well as in the search for Nancy’s body.
- Facilitate a conversation between the Ng family and someone in Guatemala who is actively working the case. Currently, their family has been ignored by the prosecutor. Please help connect them with someone with more information regarding the status of Nancy’s case.
- Lastly - I am asking that you please not forget that Nancy was human. She was a sister, a daughter, a teacher, and a friend. All her loved ones want is to know what happened and to bring her home to lay her to rest. Their patience has been taken advantage of and it’s time someone stepped up to escalate the situation for them.
Please consider taking action swiftly. Thank you.
Sample Tweets:
I am requesting that @MinexGt please ask U.S. officials for assistance in the search for Nancy Ng. U.S. resources will be crucial and valuable for helping solve Nancy's suspicious disappearance.
Please help escalate the suspicious disappearance of Nancy Ng! @MinexGt needs to request US assistance immediately to move this case forward and get the proper resources in action.
I am urgently requesting that @MPguatemala respond to and cooperate with Nancy Ng's family, as they have been left in the dark regarding Nancy's suspicious disappearance. Please take action immediately, starting with working with the family.
Nancy Ng's family has gone 3+ months without a response from @MPguatemala, the prosecutor's office in charge of the investigation into her suspicious disappearance. Enough is enough. Please respond to their family and take the steps necessary to keep this case moving forward.
Please help escalate the case of #NancyNg in Guatemala! Cooperation between Guatemala and the U.S. is crucial to getting answers @usembassyguate
What happened to #NancyNg and how is @usembassyguate helping? Please help the Ng family by escalating her case to the proper authorities!
I am requesting that @usembassyguate please ask Guatemalan authorities to seek U.S. assistance in the investigation into the disappearance of Nancy Ng. Their resources would be valuable to solving her suspicious disappearance.

Wow, how dare she say she doesn’t owe the family anything?! That is truly unbelievable.
A cruel and selfish person
I would go to jail
@@bimobop Yes, couldn't have said it better. So cruel to not have even a shred of empathy or sympathy for them. She will get the karma she deserves one day.
It's just cruel! Karma will get her
I just got to that part and oh my god 😤 This woman is so cruel
Christina’s face should go VIRAL. Enough public shame might force her to find the shred of humanity she seems to have lost. This family’s poise and eloquence is shockingly honorable
1000% agreed.
Yes!!!
Thats smart. Especially if she is a victim also.
@@bobbyhenley2802how is she a victim? If something horrible happened, she should have started shouting, asking for help, someone’s drowning!!!! She should have called the police as soon as she got back to shore. She should have stayed as long as the police needed her to be there. And if she “wasn’t sure” if she needed to stay, she simply could have asked, if they let her leave, she should have left contact info. She should have been 100% open and honest with police and family about the circumstances. None of her behavior shows she is a victim. None of her actions scream innocent! Everything she has done and hasn’t done, tells us she is hiding something or at the very least, is acting like she did something. If she’s so innocent, then why all the hiding and running and secrecy?? Maybe public pressure would convince her to come forward, since asking nicely hasn’t worked, being told legal action will be taken hasn’t worked…
@@bobbyhenley2802 she’s a psychopath.

I’ve never wanted a case to go viral so badly. The Ng family deserves all the help we can provide them. Bring Nancy home!!
Me 2. I posted to Facebook immediately.
My take: I understand wanting to leave Guatemala to avoid getting trapped in the judicial system down there...but what is the FIRST thing you'd do when you get back to the states? You'd cooperate. You'd help her family and the search team. But Christina refused to speak. She left Nancy's family suffer without answers and she refused to help the search teams! Christina's silence is not normal.
CAME HERE TO SAY THIS!!!! Silence tells a lot.
and started doing yoga gaain after just 1 week! Telling her hairstylist what happened but not Nancys family!!! GUILTY AF

Facts
That's what I thought too, that they were worried about the local justice system and left just in case
The woman who saw her disappear and the organizer of the retreat are both seriously negligent at best and criminally responsible at most. Whilst they may not be responsible for whatever happened to Nancy, their subsequent behavior is inexplicable, irresponsible and insanely unkind and selfish. What on earth could be the reason to not call for search and rescue immediately. Extremely shady and unconscionable.
Failure to render aid.
Shady country with shady and corrupt authorities full of threats and bribes.
You guys speak as if you know anything about law, and not just something simple, but criminal law, and making matters worse... international law.
Don’t need to be a lawyer to say that both the leader and Christina’s behavior and silence us VERY suspicious
@@BluePradaWe don’t need to “know Law” to be able to tell that these people are acting super suspicious and weird
Christina should be charged with interfering with a police investigation and have her license taken. Where are the FEDs?
i agree with this comment. unfortunately saying nothing and not giving a statement is a right we are given by the justice system. unfortunately by law it's not considered as interference of a case.
@@helenmurphy2987 surely withholding evidence is a crime though??
Joker! Why should she do anything or be charged. You Americans are a piss take always wanted justice and blame you sound like your from Liverpool
@@wheresmybaccy5059 everything is hearsay unfortunately. unless there’s footage of her with Nancy around the incident time, no way for prosecutors to know she was last to see her alive.
@@helenmurphy2987i’m pretty sure that has to do with when you get arrested. You have a right to remain silent. Envoke the 5th amendment is usually used when you’re being considered as a perpetrator/ suspect. In this case if Cristina isn’t guilty of anything why not give a statement to the police and or give the family info. She’s a district attorney for god sake.
The fact that this happened at a yoga retreat is mindblowing to me.. the behaviour of theese people is the opposite of what yoga is about!
Demon worship
@@AnnaAnnieAnneofGreenGables Yoga is not demon worship 😅
I’ve seen a lot of the “yoga” types be narcissistic but I totally get what you’re saying
Am I the only one who thought "sounds cultish". Not the yoga part. Not the retreat part. But the behavior of everyone? Everyone left(with their own reasons) one person came back, one person didn't, the leader of the retreat escorted her back to the hotel.nplenty of time to get the story straight? Maybe she told him what happened out there? Maybe a successful assignment?
Or just spit balling a possible love triangle/interest, jealous rage, crime of passion? One is a lawyer with a lot to lose if she goes behind bars. One is a retreat leader and this is bad for business.
Either way before everyone comes for me- the Kristina woman looking worried and stuff and not saying a thing is hiding something. She knows more than she has stated. So does the retreat leader. If there's nothing to hide, speak.
Exactly wtffffff
I don’t think it’s a coincidence that Christina is a defense attorney and isn’t talking to the police 🤨
Oh wow yeah I forgot she’s an attorney herself???
That is what I am thinking. She is going to offer up nothing.
Well that’s the right thing to do, you never know
It's still highly suspect to day nothing. Accidents happen. If she has nothing to hide, for the family's sake she owes them an explanation of what happened.
@@yvette4933 no, the right thing to do is get a lawyer, and if you’re innocent, then speak to the police with your lawyer. The right to do when you’re guilty is say nothing.
Fellow Guatemalan here! Lake Atitlan is amazing, however it’s very very dangerous. We have a phenomenon called “xocomil”, where at a certain time of day strong winds begin, which causes turbulence and disturbs the calm of the boats that pass through the lake. As Kendall said, Nancy had a high chance of being found but the behavior of the people around her was very irresponsible. My prayers for her family 🙏🏻
Xocomil can be very dangerous, for sure- it also can cause strong undercurrents that are not visible from the surface.
I was just about to mention the Xocomil as well. Specially due to the time where they were still on the lake (afternoon); it’s so sad that this happened; they could’ve been warned also ☹️
Also your home country is danergous. It's so poor with little honor. Money can bribe anyone. It's sick.
Ok but why couldn’t Christina say something like that?
Not a Guatemalan but someone who is married to a Guatemalan! Agreed. I ran to the comments to see if anyone mentioned xocomil. It was the first thing I learned when I visited the lake with my in-laws. I wonder if Nancy was told about it at all for caution when she visited.
I am a Spanish-English translator. I would like to help this wonderful family. Please, Kendall, can you let them know that I’m here for them if they need? This case is heartbreaking
Amazing that you are offering your ressources, I salute you. Replying to boost the visibility of your comment!

They can actually get a lawyer and file a civil suit against her for withholding information.
What did Christina see???! What’s so traumatizing for HER that she can’t even tell the family where she saw Nancy last? something isn’t adding up about Christina

Nancy's siblings are being SO professional about this. Nikki and Johnathan are so kind. Incredibly respectful.
Nancy deserved better than her yoga "friends".
I'm sick of ppl using the phrase "we don't owe ppl anything". Yes we do, we owe ppl kindness, we owe our friends being caring, we owe our fellow humans helping where we are able to in an emergency. At best in this situation it's a damning indictment of western individualism at worst there is there is foul play where they had an involvement in her death
This 💯💯💯
Yes, I heard the phrase (and have used it) originally in regards to dealing with an abuser or toxic person in their life, which is empowering. But now it's just been bastardized as an excuse to not show basic human decency.
Please look at the case of Maria Fernanda Sanchez ! Nobody talks about her. She was a mexican student who was traveling Europe and studying in Europe. She was a very happy girl and was so excited for what the year has to offer but was found dead on a lake in Berlin in August 2023! Very fishy! She left her apartment open and all her belongings there before she just went missing! German police said she killed herself and that makes no sense!!! I myself, I am a mexican girl living in Germany and i was so sad to hear that! For what her family says about her, she would never do such a thing.
Christina’s traumatized as if her family isn’t!?!? Imagine finding out your sister/daughter is missing, presumed dead, and you have no idea what happened to her because no one will tell you.
Because those people are too "traumatized"
Exactly, christina is weird, also that’s very suspicious how she isn’t saying anything. She might have had something to do with nancy’s disappearance.
This case is very reminiscent of the case where the girl went on vacation with her "friends" in Mexico and was beaten to death. Both cases are so tragic.
I thought the same thing. Her name was Shanquella Robinson. Very sad and scary situations.
Seriously, this case has all the same hallmarks of that “Cabo 6” case. The lack of action by the collective to save Nancy, the issue of money that hindered rescue, the sketchy behavior displayed by Cristina, Eddie, & other members of the group, & the quick departure of the entire retreat from the area following Nancy’s disappearance literally is a Cabo 6 type situation all over again. Just different country..
Somewhat with the shady people. There was also money exchanged in theory. However the act was caught on video, her beating. How the 6 were not arrested or charged is beyond me. So sad.
And there was the case in Aruba!
My immediate thought!
This was the reply I received when I sent the email:
Thank you very much for your email. We greatly appreciate your concern and that you took the time to write to us in support of the Ng family. We understand this is a very difficult time for Nancy’s family, friends, and community, and we assure you that we take cases of missing U.S. citizens overseas very seriously and offer all appropriate consular assistance. Because of privacy considerations, we don’t have any further information to share at this time.
I hope this doesn't end up the way the Shanquella Robinson case did--where nothing was done. It's just so sad.
Same response I received.
@sereneadair4941 looks like template legal jargon where a script/algorithm can just paste the specific name and country of citizenship in the appropriate blanks. MEANWHILE, they're somewhere laughing, joking, eating, and doing who knows what else 😒💯💯💯💪🏾🧔🏾♂️
This case is very similar to the shanquella robinson case
Christina's refusal to talk is BEYOND suspicious. What the hell.
she's a defence attorney. she knows what she's doing.
Just sent an email to the Guatemalen U.S. Embassador. Got an immediate response that says they are well aware of this and are concerned as well. Well hopefully they are very concerned that they do something about this. She should have already been found and also that lady cristina has an obligation to tell Nancy's family what happened. Unacceptable.
Thanks for taking your time to send the email! You are the kindest.❤
Thank you
Good luck with that 🤨
👏👏👏
I hope so too! I just sent them an email.
"I don't owe the family anything. "
That infuriates me so much. What do you mean you don't owe them anything?? You were the last person to see Nancy alive. You were with her when she disappeared. You came back to shore without her.
I'm sure the Ng family would understand if an accident had happened, they would understand that life can change in the blink of an eye, and it's not always someone's fault. If whatever happened was an accident, have the basic human decency to be honest.
Christina and Eddie are truly evil. How dare they go about their lives with their mouths shut while Nancy's family live in constant torment?
They very OBVIOUSLY had something to do with it
It really looks like something happened that was Christina’s fault and Eddie is protecting her. 🙄
No cause I feel the same way and what makes me so upset is that if the roles were reversed, Nancy would’ve done everything she could to help her & her family, but Christina can’t even reply to an email sent by Nancy’s siblings. And don’t get me started on Eddie’s audacity to call the family back only to accuse them of painting him as a bad person on the media, his actions did that for himself.
Hats off to Nancy’s parents for raising such beautiful respectful people. This made me so upset my heart goes out to the family and I pray they get the answers they deserve. Everything done in the dark will always come to the light. Love and prayers ❤
This poor family. I cannot even begin to imagine the pain and suffering of not only losing your sister, but having zero cooperation from the last people who saw her alive. Thank you for covering this case Kendall, I really believe it will make a difference and help bring Nancy home 🙏
"why are they acting so strange if nothing criminal happened" MY THOUGHTS EXACTLY!
Because something criminal did happen
We have a saying in Norway: Du skal ikke tåle så inderlig vel, den urett som ikke rammer deg selv! Which (more or less) directly translates to 'You should not handle injustice easily just because it didnt happen to you personally'.
Oh that’s a good one!
Love that saying!
It sounds better in Norwegian cause it rhymes, but i've always loved the meaning behind it!
There is no search search they knew she was dead. That's why they all took off
EXACTLY RIGHT 👍
This is the weirdest case. It could've been a freak accident, but everyone involved seemed to read the book on "How to make an accident look suspicious" and they succeeded. Now it looks like murder or human trafficking.
I pray for answers for this family. Not knowing the truth withholds closure.
This is one of the kindest, sweetest, and respectable families I've ever seen discuss their loss. The lack of help from ANYONE (especially Christina and Eddie) is disgusting. This family has gone about this in the most respectful and graceful way possible. These people deserve answers!!!
How everyone on that retreat treated this is disgusting. How can you just shrug someone's passing off like that? Seems suspicious.
I know right. Something is not right.
Seems very suspicious. And how can they be on a yoga retreat and not care about a fellow human being. That’s one of the 8 limbs of yoga - not harming others (ahimsa)!
And it’s not just one person shrugging it off but nine people. Not one person had a conscience? That is just very insane to me.
Especially a person they supposedly cared about. Also, what’s all the meditation for if you’re gonna be a shitt person regardless.
@teecharmaine good point. Hopefully, in time, someone will feel safe enough to talk
As a Guatemalan I am so sorry for the loss of the family and how they have to continue their lives feeling incomplete without Nancy. Our country is beautiful and filled with tourist from all over. Our lake is very dangerous after 5 pm. It is so unpredictable. I encourage the family to continue to bring this to light because we did not get any news reports in the local news. Sadly we have cases of people drowning at least 2 times a year. We have had complete families disappear when crossing the lake in late hours of the days but someone always knows something… locals should have been questioned too! We are friendly people who are always willing to help. They might know about the organizer or leader if he had other groups there before.
❤️❤️❤️❤️
The brother and sister talking about Nancy breaks my heart. They're so soft spoken and you can see the pain that they have over this. 100% lets help these guys out. Although I'm in the UK, I'll be signing anything I can, and sharing Nancys story. For Nancy 🩷
This raises every flag possible. . As someone who actually helps to lead kayak trips on my hometown river, Rule #1 is you do a headcount of how many people go in and when you get to the takeout point, you make for damn certain that the same amount of people come out. If not, then you sound every alarm. You go back out and find them. Call 911, if needed. You don't wait. You don't hesitate. This is SHADY at all levels. I mean it seems like a damn coverup.
Please everyone DONT forget to tweet and email. It costs us nothing and if it was your sister/brother/loved one you'd appreciate every ounce of help you could get. This case is insane. The individuals involved need be held accountable for their lack of cooperation, at the least.
I’m not very good with the internet but how can I help ?? This case blows my mind :( this people need to be go viral
They are very suspicious
Christina should have her ass commanded to come into the police department in her home jurisdiction or the FBI !!!! The rapid departure and vows of silence speaks volumes to their collective cover up of the Who, What, How, When and Why there was an incident that caused the death of Nancy!! Every one of those other 8 damn people should have been interrogated by law enforcers SOMEWHERE by now!!! Shame SHAME on those other group members and instructors of that yoga club! I am so so sorry for the tremendous loss of Nancy to her loved ones and the criminal cover up of the horrible incident!
FBI doesn’t have jurisdiction over any crime committed outside usa soil even if the person that did it is usa citizen that come back to usa… Unfortunately this is how the law is. FBI has to be invited by local jurisdictions into the country for them to be able to slap search warrants and court orders. And as stated in the video they were only allowed to search that is it. Perfect example is Nataliee Holloway. Best is for us viewers to put pressure on our government to make some movements. I believe there is evidence of crime in these peoples phones…And for FBI to be able to access this we all have to do what Kendall suggested and put pressure on our government. That way we can all do our best to help the Ng family get some justice or some type of closure….And those monsters deserve any punishment coming their way.
Christina helped sell her so why would she help anyone
@@kolegicA_s My comment states that in her Home jurisdiction she should have been interrogated by now. Read thoroughly please.
@@suesingleton4927As you should mine. If the criminal activity happened outside USA soil The USA government has no jurisdiction over this unless the authorities from the country request investigation which they haven’t. Even if the people involved are USA citizens. Which mean no local police or FBI can do anything about this. USA can only extradite her back to Guatemala if the authorities there wish to arrest anyone. This crime did not happen on usa grounds. Their hands are tied.

This is very simple. Christina Blazek is an attorney. If her account were true, then as soon as she came back to shore, she would have did everything she could to help authorities locate the body. She would have been able to take them to the vicinity of where she says now, all of this happened. Instead, she came to shore and ran back to the U.S. asap and lawyered up herself. Then her lawyer a month to shape the narrative on his clients behalf. Blazek was afraid of being accused of something and she ran away.
My thoughts exactly, her being a lawyer managed to scare the rest off saying a word!
I can't believe that someone that works as the Deputy Public Defender in San Bernardino wouldn't be more forthcoming with the information she has in a missing person's case. It's amazing to me the positions held by people that have no empathy or care for other humans.
Exaclty!!!!!!
It's kind of weird that the kayak company didn't get their ducks in a row and make sure all the boats were back by closing time, seems like an important safety precaution to make sure someone isn't missing.......
I don’t think it was past closing time when they realized she was missing?
The kayak company owners are also acting kinda suspiciously. They claimed to witness the moment and they weren't even there, they had no lifejackets for their customers, didn't communicate safety measures to them, so they probably have a few reasons that have to do with negligence that motivates them to cover up their mismanagement and lack of responsibility.
Also, they're Americans who own a business in Guatemala?? so they probably don't even think the country's laws apply to them the same way. I don't mean to generalize, but this is an attitude some Americans have when travelling or doing business in South America.

Christina trying to make herself out to be a would be hero who tried to save Nancy strikes me as trying to cast herself in a good light so people will stop looking at her suspiciously. I don’t buy her story
nah dude i would be beside myself and i'm just aplying basic human empathy 💀
Then he had the audacity to call and yell about them “perpetuating a false narrative to the media”?? After they begged him multiple times for help??? Okay buddy.
From the way that these "friends" posed for the photos one can immediately tell that they were full of themselves borderline narcissistic.
Hearing him break down while asking if she has enough time in her schedule to speak with their mom is absolutely heart breaking. Her family is in our thoughts 🩵 I so hope they find answers
Fantastic episode. Well covered, well researched, great editing, amazing to see the family involved into their point of view
I can't figure HOW, like Kendall says, you can live through not knowing how your loved passed or disappeared. My sister is passing away right now from illness and this is hard enough.
God Bless and please keep them in your loving arms.
AMEN 🙏🙌🙏🙌🙏🙌
I’m so sorry for your loss. Your sister will forever be with you ❤❤❤
The fact that Christina herself is a defense attorney makes her even more suspect to me. You would think that a defense attorney of all people
would know to stick around and give a full statement to all government agencies. Incredibly disappointing and suspicious…
Why wouldn't Christina, as the last one with Nancy, IMMEDIATELY get help for Nancy? I'm sorry but if nothing criminal happened then why are Eddie and Christina acting like criminals? Their behavior screams that they did something accidentally or purposely and are doing everything possible to avoid accountability. I pray Nancy is found and her family gets the answers they deserve.
Could be that she saw her fall in and didn't save her and felt like they wanted to pretend she didn't see it like even if you couldn't swim and save her why would u go to the further out dock to call for help and why not tell the family what you saw happened it makes no sense its odd imo
i agree, their behavior is so beyond how even a horribly selfish person that completely lacked empathy would act.
Exactly
@@bimobop Or Christina caused her to fall into the water. However there are obviously no cctv in the lake so she can control the narrative so I don't know why she wouldn't even say where Nancy was last seen.
100%
This makes me so sad because Nancy looks and sounds like the sweetest person ever. I really hope they get the answers that they need.
Thank you Kendall for your tenacity and generosity! You are making changes in the world
Christina is a monster and I have no words. 😢 There’s absolutely no reason to refuse to cooperate unless something shady happened. I hope this family find the answers and peace they deserve.
Someone need to kick Christina on her azz 🤬
Ppl like THAT are ALWAYS very smug, condescending, and think they're untouchable...then karma strikes when they're ALL smiles. Karma has NEVER NOT taken it's due... it's undefeated, homie.😒💯💯💯💯💪🏾🧔🏾♂️
I wonder what Christina and Eddie's real relationship is because why is he protecting her? There is no excuse for either of their behavior. I hope Christina never gets a moments peace for the rest of her life like this family probably wont.
Nancy is such a beautiful girl with an incredible family! I couldnt donate much but if you're reading this they seem close to the goal and even a little can help. We should support this family as much as we can.
I wondered the same thing.
I think it’s more that she’s protecting him. I could be way off base, but as a person that has been to many yoga retreats, sometimes there is plant medicine involved. If he provided something like that and a death occurred, he would be criminally liable. So they shut their mouths and got the hell out of dodge. That also would explain their complete uselessness the day of.
Just a theory but it’s the only one that makes sense to me.
@@dontmindme633 Holy crap I didnt even think of that!! Ive never been on a yoga retreat but Ive heard of that a lot. I was definitely wondering why here body wasnt found in the lake they searched 99% of! And that would explain it. I feel so bad for Nancy and the family. I just hope they find her and get answers.
@@dontmindme633i thought the same too there was probably some sort of drug involved also about and affair and jealousy
@@dontmindme633You might be onto something. That would explain their sus behavior but also not far fetched. But Christina’s behavior is something more.
Getting serious “Shanquella Robinson” vibes with this case.
Keeping my thoughts and prayers with Nancy and her family. They deserve answers ❤
What breaks my heart every time is seeing pictures of them smiling and having fun with friends and family. Nancy sounds like she was one of those one of a kind human beings to have in your life. I hope her family gets the closure they so much deserve.
Her siblings are beyond professional and strong during this time, i could not imagine what they are going through, im wishing the absolute best and justice for Nancy
Agreed! They are very impressive young people!
Nancy's family is just amazing, showing such patience and kindness that you don't see every day. I really respect their strength; in their situation, I wouldn’t handle things as gracefully😅
I hope someone has the courage to address what happened so that her family can find closure. They deserve all the goodness in the world coming their way❤
Holy shit, this is insanity!!!! Why is everyone acting this secretive and shady?
The rage I feel for this family is literally making my stomach flip….
They might have had something to do with her disappearance for sure.
As someone whose friend went missing and was found not alive, this whole situation is 100% FISHY!!! The suspects in my friend’s case acted so similarly it’s crazy. Eddie and Christina absolutely know something. I hope justice is found for Nancy’s family 🙏🏼
Wht happened to your friend if you dont mind me asking

@@Batmanfromthehood look up Marisela Botello Dallas, TX case. She was from here in Seattle, traveled to Dallas, met a guy at a Dallas bar, and ended up getting stabbed by the man’s sugar momma later in the night. Her body was left in the middle of nowhere. She was missing from October 2020 to March 2021 is when she was found. She was my friend since we were 16 and she passed at the young age of 23 :(
I’m very sorry for what happened to your friend. 😢😢 If i lost a friend like that, it would take me awhile to recover. I would be depressed for quite a bit. I had somebody i knew go missing but luckily that person was found alive. I’m very happy that they were found alive. I can only imagine if she wasn’t found alive. I would be very devastated. I was kinda close to her too.
@@mailennn206she passed way too soon
Seems eerie to me as well that the last person with them was a defense attorney? And then the whole group goes quite??…
I love your longer videos. Thank you for the hard work on all channels of yours and Joshes that I watch ❤️😌
Thank you for covering this with so much respect and compassion, I hope the Ng family can find some closure to this tragedy!
Her brother and sister are so brave. I hope they keep fighting, and finally get closure
The fact that Christina refuses to speak out or assist in any way makes her appear crazy guilty.
So shady and that women is a monster. She was the last to see her and her silence is deafening and honestly very telling. So suspicious and so horrible.
Thank you for covering this story!!!
Can’t Christina & Eddie be charged with obstruction of justice???
This case is so incredibly frustrating. The way her "friends" have acted, screams guilt, and a sheer lack of empathy. Truly narcissistic, trying to make out that they are the victims. My heart goes out to the family. They deserve so much better, as does Nancy.
I feel like they weren't her friend, but. more so a random retreat she joined as solo traveler
@@Katie4970from what I understand she had gone there with the same instructor the previous year, and they pretty much knew one another from doing yoga together in the US. They may not have been best friends but they were definitely not strangers.
@@Katie4970this is exactly my take. They didn’t want to be responsible for a “random” person.
@@teodorasavoiu4664maybe she wasn’t in the clique like that. Idk. Something just is not right.
Kendall, you're just amazing..thank you for sharing your soft heart and using your platform to make waves for the families that need it. Thank you fo uniting us to do good. I've been watching you for years and I just love you authenticity and soft heart. All the blessings, love and joy to you and your family
Just emailed! This family deserves so much more help and information than they've been given, it's infuriating. Thank you for the templates, they made it super easy! Hoping the Ng family gets the justice and answers they deserve.
The whole situation - missing kayaker, missing kayak, not paying and not asking for help is very, very criminal.
I can't help but think Christina may have accidentally bumped into Nancy, causing her to go overboard and drown. She's now either racked with guilt or afraid of repercussions. Sadly, I don't think she'll ever speak.
Yeah me too. And I think Eddy is covering for her.
yeah but surely bumping into somebody wouldn’t cause somebody to go overboard, aren’t they made to withstand things like that?
even if it was an accident a innocent person would try to save her !!
thats a really good theory !
That's exactly the most probable scenario here. Guilt is eating her up!
the family is soo sweet. even after everything they are still being so nice and giving them the benefit of the doubt about everything those monsters have done.
My heart goes out to the family! Prayers to the family!!!🙏🏼
People in the wellness retreat communities are some of the best and worst I have met.
My heart goes out to Nancy’s family. She was one of the good ones. May she rest peacefully 🕊️
I find that about church groups/ wellness groups and spiritual groups. Some very selfish and mean people are drawn to those.
I’m sorry what?! They left her out there and didn’t talk to anyone? All fucking 9 of them? Didn’t ask for help or alert anyone that she could need help or had not returned to dock? And THEN LEFT THE COUNTRY WITHOUT HER?! I hope her family gets answers and whatever happened to that poor woman comes to light.
They need to pass a law called Nancy's Law where people who were present in these situations get some form of consequences if they don't speak up.
That’s exactly what I’m thinking. They should get consequences for not speaking up.
What a gracious and loving family. ❤ Praying for yall!
Even though it is entirely possible that Nancy drowned because that lake is dangerous (as Guatemalan people here have stated) it is obvious that there is also some sort of cover-up. Christina, Eddie, and the owners of the kayak company are acting guilty and so my guess is that they are. I have emailed the Guatemalan authorities.
I’m a proud Guatemalan… and during the entire vid all I could think is… bribes! Despite the beautiful place and amazing humans (like everywhere) there are also horrible people and Guatemala is no different, I believe without a doubt that some sort of bribes had a lot to do with these people getting away without telling the truth about what happened and being accountable…..
Please explain more
@@tiaslays255 well it is very suspicious that they were able to leave the country without being held back to explain exactly the area where they could start the search. Despite being a lake where accidents do happen. Also, I have personally seen and experienced how bribes work in Guatemalan, I have seen a guilty drunk driver get away from killing my uncle by paying off the “police officer” who attended the accident.
@@Marisolita06This is the most reasonable comment I’ve come across so far.
Thank you for shedding more light on this case.
I haven't finished the video, I'm only a few minutes in. But I just wanted to say I have been thinking about Nancy and her circumstances since it happened. And I really really hope her family will get answers soon. Thank you for speaking on this, Kendall. & allowing the family to speak.
If Eddie didn't have something to do with what happened to her, I'll eat my hat. He's so sketchy.
Yeah, Eddie is a weirdo. I don’t get why he’s acting like such a white knight in shiny army for Cristina… also it’s weird how he told Nikki that he’s only “comfortable” want communicating w her as opposed to Johnathan… Eddie seems low key creepy
I'm also very curious what his relationship is with Christina and if anyone has investigated it.
@@RyanWilliamssyes, that comment alone is super suspicious and narcissistic. He wants the control he thinks he can have over a woman vs a man.
With no body .I:m afraid Eddie and Christina might have delivered her to a trafficking ring.
That's what I was thinking . Not talking no body very suspicious@@kathymachen8342
I took wildneress first aid and work in northern Canada. It is plausible she went into the water for a swim. Hypothermia results after 30 min and she would have gone straight down. But the woman that was with her and how no one speaks on it is very suspicious. That woman should have immediately called for help. The company is fully responsible. Life jackets and safety talk are mandatory.
It depends on the person too. Yes it can happen with people in thirty minutes but some people can stay in freezing water for hours without getting hypothermia
fellow Canadian (Ontario), you do not get in a kayak without a life jacket - with an attached whistle - doesn't matter how good a swimmer you are. Water safety is so important
I ws thinking the same thing about the lifejacket, this is a company, lifejackets should be mandatory. Even where I live if you're in your own private kayak you legally must have a lifejacket in the kayak with you, not on, but with you.
@@jilldurham5498that is true. If she had shock upon immersion she could have taken in water. I wonder how if it was foul play, the other woman would have to have rammed her kayak into hers....it's very confusing I can see both happening. The worst is no one helping the family with answers or the investigation.
@@AzothDee I agree whole heartedly
I was at Lake Atitlan in February 2024 with my family. My cousins and I went out on kayaks and if anything would have happened to them I would know a good estimate of where the incident would have occurred. It’s truly not that hard to have an idea where you are located on the lake. There is absolutely no excuse for their lack of cooperation.
This case breaks my heart. The family has shown so much compassion given the circumstances and it seems like they really tried their best to do what they could for their sister without tarnishing anyone. This family is truly amazing. I really hope they find what happened and I wish them closure.
those people from the retreat are very cruel and I find no real reason for their behaviour and silence, other than trying to save themselves from whatever they are scared of.
This is heartbreaking and infuriating. Please be careful who you travel outside of the country with. After hearing about Shanquella and, now, Nancy, I will only be traveling with WELL trusted family and friends. How could they just leave and provide the family with nothing but crumbs as to where to find her!?
My guess? Christina- the witness, who is also a defense attorney, told everyone in the group to keep their mouths shut. She may have even drawn up contracts for them to sign with threats of legal action if they speak on it.
She doesn't owe the family anything? SHE needs to heal? Who even thinks that way?! Maybe Christina did see something truly horrific, but no one is more traumatized than Nancy herself, and her family...
Her poor family, who have more questions than answers, whose dear loved one went missing in a foreign country, where they're not able to physically search the area and talk to people. I can't imagine their pain. I pray the truth finds them.
I just want to give Nicky and Jonathan a hug!! The amount of love, attention and dedication they have put into helping get justice for their sister. Wow it’s inspiring and they are incredible, sibling love is unconditional.
