How wild baby orangutans cling on to their mothers in the forest

This unique and beautiful video clip was taken in the Lamandau wildlife Reserve, Indonesian Borneo. It shows how month-old baby orangutan Monti grasps onto its mother, Max. Both look very relaxed and healthy.
The bond between a mother orangutan and her offspring is arguably the closest of any species.

one thing that amazes me about orang-outans, is that incredible stamina they have in the arm, they can stay hung to a branch or a trunk for such a long time and still look super comfortable... of course, having four hands might help a bit :D
