I need to connect my I/O 25 keys with Logic pro x but experiencing a difficulty in get connected. for mac catalina, ikmultimedia have't still update the control surface Plugin. please can someone advise me how fix this problem.

any luck with this? I have Catalina and I when the "control surface" is on I can't play any notes! So I have to switch back and forth every time?

Hi there, I bought my I/O 49 recently, but I having several issues finding out control surface for my Logic Pro X, I mean the surface controlplug-in doesn't work on my MacBook Air M1 chip. I feel very sad and mad at the same time. Help please. Btw, updating firmware doesn't work too.

Ive seen reviews saying people have latency issues with the interface. But i didn't see issues here. Is it plug and play with ipad as well?
I got a iRig keys I/O 49 to use with SM7B and a guitar , every time I record my voice the electric noise in the back ground is loud but the sound that I record by SM7B or guitar is very small , I need to put a lot distortion effect that I can hear my voice in the track and then I change to monster cable still the same problem , can I have some suggestions from you ? Really don’t know how to fix it ,thank you.

I have the iRig Keys 1 I think, first version and I loved it as the best key bed playing organ from Logic Pro X. I have and issue with the PROG up and down button. Been trying to map them to control "Select Next Tracks" and "Select Previous Track".

I repeatedly get the message iRig Keys was found.
Please disconnect iRig Keys from USB port and reconnect it while pressing "PROG (UP)" and "PROG (DOWN)",
then press "Search device" again.
I keep trying to update firmware and get the same message.

What is the difference between this and an irig keys mini? Why the price gap? To see wich one I'll buy
Along with being a MIDI controller, the iRig Keys I/O will include a high quality audio interface with a combo jack for XLR or 1/4" audio input. Yes, iRig Keys 2 works like a typical MIDI keyboard controller very well with Logic and other DAWs.
