I read more the Old Testament, figuring out festivities and Jesus as my Jewish Messiah, belonging now as Gentile to the Jews was so overwhelming beautiful. Once my son came home from school, very excited saying: Mom, we are Jews too, right?--I said to him: no we aren't, but we love this people. He met jewish kids and they were friends ever since and we were introduced to challah, the yarmulke, they made gefilte fisch for us and we were invited to a Shabbat dinner. Fast forward, I'm living in Australia, belonged to Hillsong for 10 years, and thank to Covid, I found Beith HaMashiach, my online synagogue-church, located in Melbourne, where I belong to now for 2 years. Where jews and gentiles are together worshipping El Gibor in the name of Yeshua. Your teaching is precious, like pearls. I read and re-read Dr. Fruchtenbaum's books. The answer to your question is found in Romans 14:5 - While Saturday Was, Is, and will Always be the Biblical Sabbath, we are now under Grace, no longer bound by Mosaic Law, so we are not bound to mandatory Sabbath observance. Sunday is not the Sabbath, but is a good day to assemble for worship. So is Tuesday, Wednesday or any other day of the week !!

What I think Paul gets really right compared to other Jewish though in his time about the gentiles is this . Abraham's was supposed to be the father of all nations bit that doesn't make sense if every gentile has to become ethnically Jewish or an israelite . Because then he wouldnt be the father of all nations because there would only be one nation if everyone became Jewish . It shows that God like the uniqueness and distinctiveness of different ethic and national groups and wanted people to be happy and proud of it bit at the same time recognise we are all equal in the body of Christ . Paul gets this perfectly correct Imho

Hello. It's in every common, standard Masoretic Hebrew scripture text, can be read on Sefaria.org. The words in your English translation: "my salvation", is one word in the original Hebrew text: "yeshuati". be well, Mottel
Shalom AnnMarie, Every English translations has strengths and weaknesses, some are much better than others. I want a fully accurate, literal translation, not a paraphrase. So, I usually use a combination of the "NASB-The New American Standard Bible", it's extremely accurate, I also use the "Tree of Life" version which brings out the Jewish roots. I can also translate directly from the Hebrew text as well. I do NOT recommend the "NIV New International Translation", it has some significant problems. be well, Shalom

Gentiles were also unbelievers during this time. They were pagans and non believers of the one TRUE and HOLY FATHER. You have to understand the context of what Gentile means now in modern times vs biblical times.

Why do Christians rely on Jews to validate their religion? If Christ was really the messiah that would not that be necessary. You could stand on your own two feet. Maybe there's a big flaw in your story. Don't make it my problem. It only makes the real G-d angry!
The simple response is that Christianity is not a new, separate religion. The belief that a Messiah, a Savior was to come was the Hope of Israel, our people. It is in the Torah and the Prophets that I grew up hearing about in my childhood shul in New York. As a result, the two faiths are linked. That is true whether or not you think Yeshua is the Messiah. Replacement Theology is terribly wrong and against the Bible teaching: it is said that "Theirs (the people of Israel/Jacob) IS the adoption as sons, divine glory ... THE PROMISES ...the patriarchs ....and Christ" Rom 9,2-4 and then Paul says: "Christ nas become a servant of the Jews on behalf of God's truth, TO CONFIRM (!!!) THE PROMISES made to patriarchs so that the gentiles may glorify God" Rom 15,8 There is still bright future for the Jewish nation. Jeshua is Lord!

Never thought we replaced Jews do not know where it came from but Jews do need the gospel. How ever we do not have to circumcise our children.

Hi Mottel, could you please provide the link to the original Jewish text supporting Isaiah 49:6 “…that My Salvation may reach to the end of the earth.”. I believe you mentioned that My Salvation in the Jewish text is Yeshua T, which translates to My Yeshua, or My Jesus. The words in your English translation: "my salvation", is one word in the original Hebrew text: "yeshuati".

Every English translations has strengths and weaknesses, some are much better than others. I want a fully accurate, literal translation, not a paraphrase. So, I usually use a combination of the "NASB-The New American Standard Bible", it's extremely accurate, I also use the "Tree of Life" version which brings out the Jewish roots. I can also translate directly from the Hebrew text as well. I do NOT recommend the "NIV New International Translation", it has some significant problems.

great to hear. can u answer me since u know the jewish customs that, is it true that the rapture will fulfill one of the feasts? i heard that the groom goes to the Father's house and later comes to pick up the bride. so thats the church in the rapture, and it also fulfills a feast of trumpets since it happens at the last trumpet. am i right?

Gentiles were also unbelievers during this time. They were pagans and non believers of the one TRUE and HOLY FATHER. You have to understand the context of what Gentile means now in modern times vs biblical times.

Why do Christians rely on Jews to validate their religion? If Christ was really the messiah that would not that be necessary. You could stand on your own two feet. Maybe there's a big flaw in your story. Don't make it my problem. It only makes the real G-d angry!
The simple response is that Christianity is not a new, separate religion. The belief that a Messiah, a Savior was to come was the Hope of Israel, our people. It is in the Torah and the Prophets that I grew up hearing about in my childhood shul in New York. As a result, the two faiths are linked. That is true whether or not you think Yeshua is the Messiah. I hope your not going to teach the Christians the Talmud. And there's no man on this earth that can put the 2 sticks together . Jesus does that for now everybody needs to be concerned with getting your soul saved thru Jesus Christ the only savior. Jesus and Yeshua are the same names just different language. Replacement Theology is terribly wrong and against the Bible teaching: it is said that "Theirs (the people of Israel/Jacob) IS the adoption as sons, divine glory ... THE PROMISES ...the patriarchs ....and Christ" Rom 9,2-4 and then Paul says: "Christ nas become a servant of the Jews on behalf of God's truth, TO CONFIRM (!!!) THE PROMISES made to patriarchs so that the gentiles may glorify God" Rom 15,8 There is still bright future for the Jewish nation. Jeshua is Lord!
