Hi Frank! Thanks for these videos, they're great! I don't live int he US but when it comes to the regulations I assume they are to some extent similar accross countries. What are some default features you need (not even considering whether you'll have a grill/deep-fryer or just a simple oven to make food) to pass various controls? Any insight on this would be helpful!
Hey, thanks for the videos. They've been helpful. I do have a couple of questions. 1) I see you took off the back legs of your 3-compartment sink. Is the back being held up by just 2 screws in the top corners of the sink? Or how is it being held up? 2) Can you show what you use to set the propane tanks on the tongue of your trailer?
@sciurusniger yes it's held up by 2 front legs and 2 screws on the back where it touches wall. On propane tanks on tongue I use this from my Amazon Affiliate Links. amzn.to/4e6OrjQ
How do I get your list of various items you've bought for your food truck? Also, I didn't see a p trap on your sinks. Is that because the backflow makes it moot. Thanks for all your help in getting my truck going
No P traps required for us in mobile vending. Send me an email rollingburritosfoodtruck@gmail.com for spreadsheet. If you want the e book which has the spreadsheet included link is in last video I uploaded
hey Frank, Been using your videos to put my build together. Super helpful. I was just wondering where you found the threaded slip drain connectors that are in your waste tank. I got one from class A customs but I need another one.
Trying to figure out how to vent our fresh water tank? We have a vacuum prevention ok it but not sure on the venting system so that when we fill it it doesn’t build pressure inside the tank.
im trying to have a pluto beverage gun connecting a shurflo water pump pumping water from an rv tank for my drink trunk. do you have any videos related to that? thanks
Hey Frank hope all is well, your videos are extremely helpful. We are doing a really cool food trailer build and have some questions. Can we use a regular kitchen deep freezer or fridge in the trailer? We have a permanent lot we are setting the trailer on with picnic area so we will have our own temp electric box to use. Also when using a commissary kitchen, how do we transfer food back and forth between kitchen and food trailer with no power? Also how often do we have to do so? Only when the water needs to be changed? Have you heard that in NC we can build a mobile commissary kitchen? Thanks again!
@@fbaltierrez sorry - still not clear to me. Do you have a video showing how this is set up? If the pump goes to cold water, then into the water heater, how do I get cold water? Does it branch off so one line goes to heater and one to cold water faucets? Thanks

They gravity fill Valve has a vent hole that is 1/2 that one goes to the tank on the top with the 1/2 hole
Will you be able to make vedio of drain lines and plz share links of parts for drain.
Make a video on the rv door latch. Thats been kicking butt.

Unfortunately no, I only connect to water heater and 3 compartment sink.
Do you have a video for the vent lines for the fresh and waste tanks
I'm going to be venting 2 tanks this week. Will be uploading that
Ok thank you. My wife has been watching your videos on the plumbing and did it herself for my food truck. Thank you
@@michaelkucsan4785 love it!!!
In an older video, you used a shurflo water pump. I ordered one myself but it did not have a plug, do I have to make a custom plug for it?
No they come with a plug, 120 volt
Tell me if this is stupid but I found these things called uniseal fittings for pvc and pex. Would that work for the tanks?
I have never seen those to be honest. Might have to grab a few and try it out

Another question would be can I use a regular kitchen oven hood over griddle or do I need the big commercial one?
Is your pump connected to hot water, cold or both? Does it shutoff automatically at a certain pressure? Can you regulate that pressure?
Water pump can only be connected to cold water for there it goes to water heater. Just like in a house
@@fbaltierrez sorry - still not clear to me. Do you have a video showing how this is set up? If the pump goes to cold water, then into the water heater, how do I get cold water? Does it branch off so one line goes to heater and one to cold water faucets? Thanks
@@richardkaiser2969 exactly correct. They should all be on the Video but basically how you stayted
@@fbaltierrez Thanks - great videos - appreciate your effort for us food guys (not plumbers, electricians, etc...)
Which Hot water heater do you recommend? (non-propane usage)
I wouldn't be able to recommend one because I've only used the same propane one all the time. But get the one that uses the least power
Can I install my hood on back wall Where your sink is ?
