Thank you Frank I used your videos the whole process of doing my food truck plumbing! The only thing I changed was the tee you used right before the backflow my plumber told me to change it to a regular tee not a sani tee for better drainage from the hand sink
Hola frank, haces un buen trabajo amigo , gracias por los videos que subes es un gran apoyo para los que necesitamos aprender y me gustaria que muestres como conectas el heater. Es de gas o electrico?
@@fbaltierrez Thank you sir. Plumbing is my next weekend job. Thank you for your videos. Except I'm in Canada and you guys have cheaper and nicer options for many things. 😂
That's what I had in my truck my original one, but the dirty water I noticed came through that hole when it was full and driving and got in my clean water tank
I thought the same thing and did that . After Franks response; I think I’ll go with the ball valve lol or t the breath hose up closer to the air intake so water won’t ?
Hey Frank been watching your videos for a while now and I'm on the plumbing now in my trailer and I heard you mention a air vent for the waste water tank but I don't see it in your links is there any way you can show what that looks like or post a link for one that would help me out a lot right now thank you
Hi Frank. We have a situation with our electric in our almost finished trailer. "Hot skin". Our adult son got a shock from the exterior of the trailer today while it was plugged into the garage.
We’ve watched all plumbing videos but haven’t seen the reason explained to cutting the 6in tailpipe or how much you actually cut. Could you explain how much of the tail pipe we need to cut and what did you use to cut it?
Appreciate the watch, how much you need depends on the height of your sink, but I just cut off enough to have some inside the PVC elbow to tighten with the trap adapter that I use. And just with a Sawzall or hack saw to cut it
What would you recommend for the 1/2" tubeless vent for the gray water tank? I don't see that attached in the item list you made. I appreciate your videos!!!
thanks for the videos! did you use a 6" tail piece, trap adapter and elbow valve to connect the grey water tank to the Backflow valve similar to the way you did the drains? Thank you!!
Did you ever make a video testing your water system? I am trying to test my food truck water system and wonder if I can fill it up with my home tap water hose?
Thanks for taking the time out to reply to comments, can you share a Home Depot link to the twist ball valve that you placed on your waste/grey water tank? Seems hard to find and I don't have a good visual of what it looks like in the video. Is it just a closed plug? or does it have an opening?
No idea about DMV. I just get my trailer sticker personally. It's the insurance that matters more is what I found out, frp first. White aluminum if you can instead
Hi Frank I have the 33 series water pump and I wanted to know if it can handle freezing temperatures. I have my food trailer outside and wanted to know if it can handle the cold temps in the winter and what I can do to protect it thanks !
Hello frank! We are building our food truck and someone said that the handles on the hand sink have to be a certain kind is this true? Our sink came with the round ones and someone said it needed to be the elephant ear looking ones lol just wanted to ask before we install. Thank you for making the videos!
Hey I’m about to start the plumbing and I seen you had the Excel tankless water heater on the links but it’s off now. Did you take it down because it was no longer available on Amazon or because it came out to be a bad water heater. Just wanted to know if it has worked well for you cus I found one on ebay?
You’re a good man Frank!
Thank you 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
Appreciate it!!!!

There we go. Glad they helped out

Appreciate that feedback 💯💯
Thank you

Es de gas o electrico?
El water heater es de Propane
Part 3 coming for the waste drain and gate valves? ☺
I got you covered. 👍
@@fbaltierrez Thank you sir. Plumbing is my next weekend job. Thank you for your videos. Except I'm in Canada and you guys have cheaper and nicer options for many things. 😂
amazing
On the vent topic, why not use a t connecter and connect the grey water tube to the fresh water tube so they both vent out the same hole.
That's what I had in my truck my original one, but the dirty water I noticed came through that hole when it was full and driving and got in my clean water tank

You would have to check the ground make sure it's not connected to the neutral bar. I'm assuming
I'll have them check that out, thanks.

Do you know if you use indirect plumbing for the gray water tank, a breathing tube would be needed!?
I have a little vent tube on the top 1/2 opening
@@fbaltierrez and the pipes you use for the 3-compartment sink are 2 or 3 inches
What would you recommend for the 1/2" tubeless vent for the gray water tank? I don't see that attached in the item list you made. I appreciate your videos!!!
I just made a little chimney style pipe. To vent out, not too many options out there
thanks for the videos! did you use a 6" tail piece, trap adapter and elbow valve to connect the grey water tank to the Backflow valve similar to the way you did the drains? Thank you!!
Yes they are all pretty much the same
How are the water tanks secured to the trailer?
They just sit on floor. The legs of sink and a couple L brackets from Home Depot hold it in place
Did you ever make a video testing your water system? I am trying to test my food truck water system and wonder if I can fill it up with my home tap water hose?
Did you ever get full list?
Could you also use regular pvc pipe for the cold and hot water. The reason I ask is I have lots left over from a previous job I did

Hi Frank, I have a question. Can I use frp on the ceiling where the hood exhaust is going to be installed?
Where does the water come from to fill up the water tank with?
Commissary typically is where you would fill and dump.
Thanks for the videos. Do i put first frp or sinks? what are the requirements to get registration at dmv for a undone trailer?
No idea about DMV. I just get my trailer sticker personally. It's the insurance that matters more is what I found out, frp first. White aluminum if you can instead
The pipes goin out the floor so u have a video where u did those??
Hi Mrs Frank , I been watching your videos, but I don’t see grease trap
Love ya frank
💯💯
Hi Frank I have the 33 series water pump and I wanted to know if it can handle freezing temperatures. I have my food trailer outside and wanted to know if it can handle the cold temps in the winter and what I can do to protect it thanks !
I have mine with a disc floor heater when it's cold out. That's about all you can do and drain the water out
Thank you !
How do I set up a hot dog cart on demand water system? Is it almost the same way without the 3 compt sink?
Pretty much the same. Water pump to water heater to faucets
@@fbaltierrez Thanks so I need to purchase 90's for the water pump?
@MarathonVendingAutoPilot depends on how you run the lines but possibly yes
@@fbaltierrez okay you could you make or female screws?? I forget the proper name
Frank where did you get the tanks from? Ya casi termino mi trail a echa con puras ideas tuyas, God bless you Frank
Where do I go to buy the items spreadsheet?

How do I get water supply to my porch hand wash sink
Hi bro how many water pump is in the food trailer?for hot n cold water?
Only 1 water pump needed
Question, is there a way to fill and drain your tanks without going to the outside of the truck, or is that standard for hose hookups?
Not that I have seen. Can it be done that is a great question
Are the fresh water tank and grey water tank a single unit or do you have to purchase them separately?
They are Seperate
Thank you for replying like you said you would in your video, and most of all, thank you for taking the time to show us how to do it.

The hand sink I bought is almost like a kit. Comes with faucet and sink
Sir can you please share link of all plugs and fitting goes on water tanks?
Frank can i use 14/2 romex wire instead 14/3?
Absolutely. Just have to run it twice if you need all the 3 conductors
Frank de cuantos galones me recomiendas El boiler para una lonchera
El mio es instant heat de 1.6

Dont mean to hate but you should have used a 20L instead of that tee to connect both sinks
Where is the list to purchase?
@sebzfoto I offer it for a small amount now. Send me email rollingburritosfoodtruck@gmail

Hi frank ihave a question what u recommendations for water heater that not gas
Good morning, I don't have any have never used a electric one. Only tip I can say is find it to be 120v and the least amperage as possible
Thank u frank
Frank just watched some of the videos and you said big red was for sale do you still have it?
Still available. Have 2 people coming to look at it this week, first come first serve $$$
What are you asking for it
Hey Frank so I'm guessing I have to cut a hole where the drain goes? Because it comes sealed right?
Me puede mandar la web side donde compras las cosas.

Great videos but Can you explain why you cut your 6inch tailpipe? Also how much did you cut?
They were too long to fit all 6 inches inside the PVC elbow the 90
Does your health department require a certain amount of fall on your drain pipes?
They do not at least here with us in this county
