My girlfriend also isn't really into anime or even Star Wars lore, for example... and that can be a bit umconfortable for me sometimes to understand, because we love each other but we don't share some of the interests that I find attention-grabbing, if you know what I mean.

my therapist told me basically what xqc said to the guy with anxiety and ghosting . the concept of "sending it " is great because whatever happens you learn from it more than by being prarlised by fear . going into things blind is hard for people with anxiety but when we force ourselves to do things most often we find out that the anxious thoughts were wrong .

People who have been in bad/abusive prior relationships have great advice. They learn what to watch out for when looking at future potential partners and know where to draw boundaries. When a partner understands your boundaries and loves you for who you are, that's when you know you've found the one. When someone gets free from an abusive relationship, they usually feel broken and need some time to themselves and won't look to date for a while most of the time. This is mentally degrading and it should be encouraged to hangout with friends or family after breaking up. Otherwise, you will grow to not feel affection in the slightest and close your heart off to others. Not doing that will make you feel extreme levels of loneliness and get to a state where you don't feel affection from others, or it becomes hard to understand people's feelings/emotions since you feel a lack of trust from others who potentially could be the right partner to you.
Please love yourself more to whoever is reading this, focus on what you do that makes yourself happy. There is a light to the end of the tunnel with your future self feeling the warmth of whoever's path you cross. Trust me.
