I can’t thank you enough, we just replaced the LCD screen, no work, found someone butchered the front harness to NAV panel, replaced the pigtail and the panel worked perfectly, but crank, no start. First thing I thought was roll over switch, but where is it, your video saved so much time Thanks again.
Hi - I have a 2009 GOLD WING GL1800 Audio Comfort Navi XM, that has been sitting (garaged) for a few years. I just installed a brand new battery. I went to start it. There is plenty of juice, it turns over great, it just does not start. Any suggestions?
It’s the bank angle sensor, I’ve had mine off and found out as you, OMG my bike won’t start. But for a test ride, unbolt it from the head light and just wire / zip tie to plastic radiator mesh cover. That sensor on the metal plate say “up”, gotta be pointed upwards when mounted.
Great video and information. I have a 02 gl 1800. It was running then the turn signals stopped working. Took it to the local shop and couldn’t get the signal lights working the got a call that the bike cranks but won’t start and has no spark. As far as I know he never removed the front light wiring. Any suggestions on what it could be. Thanks
I have a 2013 Honda gl1800 f6b and same thing is happening to me. I guess I may need a new roll over switch. I thought it may have something to do with the fuel. It seems to not happen when the weather is not hot. I hope it is that I need a new turn over switch or connector to switch.
Hey not a problem. You can check my website at www.endeavortrikes.com but the normal cost is $11.500 for GL1800 and this is complete with all options etc

How works the bank angle sensor??
@@aaronarriaga7787 It’s a safety device. It shuts off the engine in case of a crash or bike falls over.

Should have unplugged it when it was running to show that it wouldn’t start
