    What I learned with Erwan at his BreathHoldWork Meditation course a couple years ago saved me and my son last summer from being intoxicated of smoke aspiration during a fire in a train. In the middle of the most terrifying experience that I have lived until now, I recalled his teaching and started to breath less and slow through the nose, prolonging exhalation and holding breath at empty lungs. I instructed my 12 year old son to do the same and when we were able to get out of the train several minutes after that, we were able to spend the rest of the day free of cough or any other consequences of smoke inhalation. My friends who were also on the train spent hours feeling the urge to cough and irritation of the respiratory system. I was never so happy to have learned all that I learned with Erwan! Real life use of knowing the body ✨🦋🙏🏼

    I absolutely loved this podcast with Erwan, I learned so much and breathing is definitely a big component of my lifestyle now!!!
