M.K Instant yeast 10 grams
M.K granulated sugar 20 grams
2 cups of warm milk, 445 grams
Four cups of sugar: 160 grams
2 whole eggs + egg whites
A pinch of liquid vanilla
One kilo of all-purpose flour is equivalent to 7 cups
Half a tablespoon of salt 10 grams
Half a cup of butter, 120 grams
Bake at 180 degrees, middle rack
