I used coconut oil to take off my makeup everyday, cheap and doesn't hurt my skin it even gets off my mascara and still have unusually long eyelashes

Hamburger Helper was my absolute favorite meal growing up. Didn’t matter what flavor. Very excited to try your recipe for a vegan version. I’ve tried a couple other veganized Hamburger Helper recipes and they have sadly fell short of my remembered tastes. Just wondering…do you have a favorite ground beef substitute that you feel works best for this recipe?

I use an oil but it is Jason’s vitamin E 5000 iu oil. It has done wonders for my skin! I have had issues with mine since I was diagnosed with hoshimotos. Add bonus it has also helped with softness and winkles I use a little to take off makeup and then use Dr. Bronner lavender liquid Castile soap or bar to wash my face. Sometimes I switch it up and use African black soap. I use a small dab of the vitamin E oil again and then a basic moisturizer . This has done wonders for me. Another product I love is Reviva labs 10% Glycolic acid crème. Really helps clear skin up. I don’t have to use as much now ! Start with the 5% in the beginning & work up to the 10%.I always love your videos and can’t wait to try that veggie bake & sauce! Yummy!

There are microfiber re-usable cleansing cloths available on Amazon and a lot gentler on the skin than a regular towel. I like to use the Farmacy cleansing balm, and then gently wipe with a damp cloth. Then, you just toss in the laundry like you would a regular towel and re-use.

Hey! I use the makeup eraser (make sure it’s the original one) you just add warm water, and it removes everything. Once you’re done you just wash it. I follow it up with Paula’s Choice face cleanser (oil reducing one) on a silicone face scrubber. I mostly use Paula’s Choice, and the ordinary products. The double cleansing really improved my skin. Hope this helps 🐰

I like a good old fashioned biphasic makeup remover if I have eye makeup especially mascara on a soft reusable microfiber round. I like either elf or ofra or Florence by mills whichever one is cheaper I soak the round in remover and then press and hold it over each eye for 15 seconds to dissolve the mascara then gently wipe off. I then go over the rest of my face gently with the glossier milky jelly cleanser Then I wash with a standard facial cleanser. I love this place called brujita. Their facial cleansers are amazing. They come in either bars or little glass jars and have different formulas for different concerns.

I do a double cleanse as per Dr. Dray's (a UA-camr) advice. I use a cleansing oil to break up the sunscreen or and any make-up I might wear. Then before I rinse, I put on CeraVe cleanser to bring it all home. I usually just cup water in my hands and rinse my face that way, but sometimes I use a washcloth.

Hey! I would try putting the jojoba oil on a dry face like you have been, but then very lightly dampen your fingertips and massage your face. Then continue that process of getting your fingertips damp and massaging. After 3-4 times the oil will have turned “milky” and you can fully rinse with water. Follow with your normal cleanser of choice and you’re done! I hope this helps!

I love using micellar water to take make up off. I put some of a kleenex or cotton pad and then just pat it on my face. No rubbing and works great. Unfortunately I have to use one that isn't cruelty free bc of some severe allergies but there are lots of brands who make this product cruelty free.

Hi! Great video. Can’t wait to try the tray bake, so simple but looks so yum! I use Bioderma Micellar Water with a cotton pad, followed by Living Libations Best Skin Ever (on dry skin). Then I take a clean washcloth, wet it and put more living libations (about 6-9 squirts) and gently wash face. I never use a towel to dry my face, it’s not eco friendly but I use a small, clean paper towel to gently pat my skin dry. If you take away anything from this comment, don’t use a dirty towel on face and definitely look up Living Libations, I found from an esthetician in NYC, Noy Skincare. Her UA-cam videos/insta account were a life saver for my skin. Hope this all helps xoxo

Can you speak a little about how much protein you get in a day with these meals, as well as the quality of ingredients in the meat/dairy substitutes you use? I would genuinely love to try going full-on vegan, but I've really been struggling to get enough protein with 2/3 meals in my day being vegan -- even with one meat-based one thrown in the mix -- especially since beans, nuts, etc tend to be more calorically dense for less protein (and I'm trying to stay within a calorie limit). The veggie burgers you mention, for instance, have only 2 grams of protein. I also care a lot about ingredients, and try not to eat PUFAS or anything with ingredients I can't pronounce. A lot of the vegan substitutes I've picked up have really strange ingredients that I don't feel good about consuming. I'd love your input, as someone interested in going completely vegan.
