How to make fondant colour blending/ fondant gradient colour

  • This amazing technique will allow you create an unique decorative pieces and cake toppers.
    Sugarpaste texture is a key in this technique so you need to try the ones suits you best.
    Best choice in my case is ready coloured Saracino modeling paste which is not to soft and not sticky . Just right for the job.
    Tools and products used today:
    Saracino Pasta Model:
    red 20g, blue 20g, yellow 20g (use 10g each if you are a begginer)
    Pasta machine
    Cutting mat
    Cutting blade

      This technique is mostly used to create decorative pieces. Yes, it would be difficult to cover the cake with it 😅

    Fondant Torten kann man auf jedenfall in den Kühlschrank stellen, wenn man sie entsprechend absichert. Karton darüber stülpen und drüber Frischehaltefolie - ins oberste Fach eine Küchenrolle legen, die saugt vorhandene Feuchtigkeit auf - so passiert garantiert nichts. Obst oder Ähnliches vorher ausräumen.
