They are actually just as thick as ToTK's model, but longer. OoT Ganondorf has long arms in Smash, and I had to fit those proportions for the mod to work.
Only two things I would change Not counting some small tweaks to the model For his moveset, I think he should use more the weapons we saw in tears of the Kingdom. Incorporating his bow, spear, and great sword into the most respective attacks. His B punch should be more of a short range like what he did to kill Sonia.
