Bike was run gently up to temperature prior to video (we care about our exhibits).
Should had a riding jacket on, not much planning went into this one!

Ahhh the revs and then the click into 1st gear is so soothing to my soul, it’s either this bike first or TL1000R for my collection but either way ima have both eventually lol
Tl1000r is a death trap with that rotary rear shock, awesome bike notheless
@@nikolas7030nearly everyone that owns a TL changes out the rotary damper so it's hardly worth calling them a death trap

I first heard of these about 4 years ago looking for a sport bike..my first bike was a bobber that took four years to build. In my photo actually. Anyway I found this bike in fresh black for 3k and had 12k miles. I regret not getting it. I love my gsxr but I still want one of these

Truly stunning bikes the SP1 & 2 . Sounds fantastic with the Yoshi's. Would love one but a little hard-core for my wrists and back. Just about get by on my 954RR2 Fireblade.

You should try 1998-2003 Aprilia RSV Mille, the 60 degree Vtwin was really good when I owned mine for 3 1/2 years, I still regret it but I found a SP1 for a good price near me

Trust me, I normally wear all my riding gear, this being the exception. Its easy to feel safer than you are when you are on a closed air strip.

I owned an 03 and nothing compares to a RC51. THE LOOK THE SOUND AND THE RIDE ! NOTHING!

People say RC51s are bulletproof, I’ve never owned one but I’ve seen 100,000 mile examples.
I have one. Wynd that sucker out! You're barely starting into the power, pull that tach to ten, shift to 2nd, hit 12k, shift to 3rd. You'll be at 100. I'm not a liar, I just know my bike.

Good ear! The 270 degree crankshaft in the FZ-07 gives it the same firing order as a 90 degree twin. So it sounds like all the cool Ducatis, RC51s, and TL1000s out there!

The bike has a 1,000 miles and belongs to the museum. I try to treat all the machines with respect. Pretty enjoyable even without hitting the limiter.
@@motocrosser411 good for you and the museum however when the machine performs as it designed to do appreciation for the true nature of its design can be had and shared through video representation your bike is beautiful only under represented here

An example of what sounds amazing is a Hayabusa with Brock’s Sidewinder. Nothing sounds better…nothing. I’m referring to sport bikes obviously but Brock’s on a Busa is perfection
